I enrolled here after after several weeks of being freshly relocated into Las Vegas when they were still located on Flamingo & Decatur. I checked online, called and went in originally to see where I could get the fairest prices as any logical person on a budget would. When I finally made it in after putting if off for so long I was welcomed in & briefed on what their classes and how they operate. The other students learning alongside you, the mentors, the Atmosphere. That's what sold me. Alex, Lisa & David are among some of the most patient and genuine people I've met since moving here. I know for a fact because I'm still one of these annoying students lol and honestly I don't know how they put up with me, but they do. I needed to learn Roulette & Dice, being those two games aren't available in California or are in as high of a demand in LV. I needed a refresher course on all of the table games & learn all the mannerisms of a proper dealer so I went with the package that allowed me to jump to all of the games, which is honestly the best choice for people like me who don't like to be limited. They have all the tables to simulate a live game with other students so it's very hands on & help you excel in YOUR OWN METHOD OF LEARNING. They understand different people move, read numbers & think differently. They even HELP YOU GET A JOB HERE. You can use the computer here to apply. They hold your hand here if you need it, around the clock. I was one of the best prepared candidates for both of my auditions, keeping up with those who'd already had several years of experience in a group interview. By the way I got the job I wanted as a break in, - On the Spot.

This is a really good school. The instructors here are friendly and knowledgeable. Management, consisting of Lisa, Alex, and David, couldn't be more helpful if they tried. I was in a rough situation before signing up, and Lisa worked with me with a very generous payment plan. Ever since the first time I came to look around, this place has been very transparent. I was encouraged to look at other schools as well. This place knows their worth, but won't scam you or over price you. I can't talk too much about the prices of other places, but from what I glanced at, CEG has really affordable prices. And they have a fun, friendly environment even though it's a school. It's fun to come here. If you're looking for a good dealer school in Las Vegas, this is the place.

This place is great! My wife and I got personal attention, only planned on learning black Jack and Roulette, then took advice to learn dice and we are so glad we did. Our placement possibilities went way up, and she just got hired. I'm next! Alex and Lisa provide a fun atmosphere for learning and have great trainers. Prices are fair, teachers are fun, attendance is based on your schedule and placement is excellent. We are so glad we chose this place! Shawn T.

Just some of the graduates from the school. I just became one of them:) Come give this place a look. Live games being played all the time

I spent most of my time in class, studying, and playing video games. I wanted to figure out how to get more out of life than what I had. I wanted to know how to meet people and make friends. I wanted to have a healthier, happier self-image. I wanted to feel confident and have the courage to throw myself into the deep end of life. Just by listening to the podcast, I managed to turn my college experience around. I made a number of solid friends, was invited to some great parties, crashed some great parties, and went on some stellar adventures with fun people. But as I neared graduation I felt like I had reached a plateau. I felt like I had pushed myself as far as I could on my own and my potential was still far beyond my reach. So, as soon as I moved out to San Diego for work, I signed up for a bootcamp at the Art of Charm because I'm a firm believer that a quality coach can always push me farther than I can push myself because I am limited by my own perspective and experience. Let me tell you, that was one of the best decisions I made. It was inspiring to be around like-minded humans who wanted to improve their lives, to be better humans overall, and to push each other outside of our comfort zones. And boy, did we get pushed. That week I spent in LA forever altered the course of my life. There was so much knowledge, instruction, and application of principles packed into one week that I kept returning on weekends to sit through class and help out wherever I could. It was worth every penny and more. I recommend the podcast and the bootcamp to everyone who expresses an interest in developing their confidence and social skills. The subsequent decade was an amazing rollercoaster ride filled with high highs and low lows. I made some amazing friends across the globe, fell into some magical romances with wonderful humans, switched careers multiple times, discovered my love for solo-backpacking, learned to love myself, went on some adventures rivaling anything you've seen on the big screen, and learned countless valuable life lessons I will carry with me for the rest of my life. What a ride it's been. In closing, I attribute most, if not all of the success, confidence, and life fulfillment I have to The Art of Charm. If you want to get the most out of life, I can't recommend the bootcamp strongly enough.

They made sure to meet and interact with all students, even if the students were in a course outside of their specific area. All the employees, all the way up to the owner Rick, were always accessible and available to answer any questions any student might have. * Bar Management Specifically o I took the course because my wife and I are opening a bar. Over my 12-week course Darryl and I were afforded many opportunities to discuss ideas for our specific business model as well as the Las Vegas & national bar industry in general. It has proved to be priceless for me as some of the things that came out of those conversations will be used in some fashion in our operation - whether it be in the planning and development phase, the actual operating phase or in the setting of longer-term goals and expectations for our business's future, including growth and expansion. o Darryl is incredibly knowledgeable and has an amazing ability to teach people of a wide variety of ages, backgrounds, experience levels, knowledge bases and learning styles. The added information he injects from his own personal experience adds an even deeper level of understanding to the many topics covered throughout the Bar courses. o Darryl sets a realistic atmosphere, keeping the training as close to real life as possible (i.e. from the lighting & décor, to training in an actual bar setting; containing all of the equipment an operating bar would have, to playing music, to teaching the bartending lessons at the bar to create a realistic buzz in the room for those practicing drink making at the same time). o Darryl is a straight shooter. He keeps it real, so when you have completed either of the Bar courses offered there will be no doubt about what a graduate should expect when moving forward into the industry's workforce. o Darryl creates and maintains a team-like atmosphere where students root each other on and celebrate each other's progress and successes. I can't thank Darryl and the amazing Bar students enough for making an impact on me and teaching me some amazing lessons in one way or another. I would strongly recommend either Bar course to anyone wanting to get into the bar industry in any capacity. I will be visiting again on my own time to hone my skills and absorb even more knowledge in the coming months. In this industry the learning never ends, and this school has proven to me that they are in it for the long haul and will be there to support the current students as well as the graduates long into the future. The bottom line - If you put in the time and practice you will succeed - it's that simple. Cheers! -Shawn S.

I am a former student and graduate of this institute, and based on my firsthand experience, courses are rushed to the point where students barely have time to actually learn the material, creating a chaotic and stressful environment instead of a proper educational one. The institute clearly does not care about the quality of education or who actually graduates, they only care about money. Tuition was originally $18,500 and was suddenly raised to $20,500, with no justification or improvement in education or resources to match the increase. to be honest, a perfect example of this lack of organization was the laser course, which was a required course to complete the program. Instead of ensuring students had proper access and time to finish, the institute started another laser course for a different class at the same time. This created unnecessary competition for limited rooms and equipment, making an already important course extremely stressful and difficult to complete. They track things that don't benefit students and ignore what actually matters for learning and success. Everything feels money driven rather than student focused. Save yourself the frustration, stress, and wasted money, do not attend this school. Choose a different institute that actually values its students and their future.
