I live in Tar River Estates…read more First thing, there is a guy that just goes to every door and bangs on it excessively yelling pest control really loudly. Then another guy comes in when you open the door and does the spraying. The guy that did the spraying of my apartment was in my apartment and I'm not even exaggerating, for 30 seconds to a minute tops. He sprayed a spot in my kitchen, a spot in my bathroom, squirted some spray on the wall as he walked from the bathroom to my bedroom, then sprayed( I think he did b/c I was not in the bedroom watching him) my sliding glass door. This is a joke right? 10% of my apartment might have gotten sprayed. I will not be allowing this place back in my apartment to "Spray for Bugs". They are probably using water anyway. All I know is they are making money off my complex by probably using one canister of "spray" for the entire building. Needless to say I will be spraying my own apartment from now on.

The company never informed me that the assessment would be $85. I would have gotten an assessment elsewhere.

He got me scheduled for an inspection to occur a couple of days later and showed up early. He obviously has many years of inspection and/or construction experience. He thoroughly looked over the house and pointed out concerns I had not considered such as the lack of gutters on the roof, tree limbs too close to the house, and roots that may cause problems eventually with the foundation and the sewer lines. The report was created and sent my way in a week, even though this time period included Christmas, all at a fair price.
