That's when we found the root cause was due to Landen's negligence. I contacted them to try and receive a reimbursement (full or partial)of that fee ($150), which they refused. I then cancelled my annual inspection which was already paid for. They refused to refund that as well. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

Given the current political climate, I found this display highly inappropriate for a business representative visiting a customer's home. When I informed Derek that we would not be doing business under these circumstances, he became angry, called me "woke," and proceeded to do a burnout in my driveway, throwing rocks and creating a dangerous situation. This behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and unsafe. I cannot recommend this company or representative to anyone.
