I scheduled service for Monday 16Sep. No one shows up. I tried calling throughout the day and no one answered. I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called the morning of 17Sep and someone finally answered. I said, "Hi, my fridge was supposed to be serviced yesterday, but no one showed up." The lady rudely and with lack of care said, "ok, well can you give me your name and number, and I said, "I can, can you confirm this is Just Appliance Repair?" She then proceeded to hang up on me. Then claimed he would issue a refund but never did. Kept making excuses for delay. This guy is a crook. He also operates an auto detailing "business" through which he has scammed others. Stay away!
