After waiting 7 hours (yes, 7hrs) to even be assigned a tow agency from our auto insurance, I was at my wits end and started calling around. On seafair weekend in Seattle, we knew it wouldn't be immediate - no matter what we did - but we were pretty close to ditching our car in a not-so-safe spot overnight - or sleeping in it. So I had to try. While other towing companies had an estimated arrival of multiple hours into the future, Bellevue Towing (Richard) had our back. He said "I'll be there in 15 minutes" - his confidence & expedience absolutely shocked us. I said "are you able to quote me for a tow from Bellevue to Issaquah, because I have a maximum reimbursement rate with my insurance", and he told me. To be candid, I was skeptical that he'd hold to the rate. But this man was honest! Not only did he arrive less than 15 minutes later, have our car loaded in 5, and met us without issue at our mechanic - but he also e charged us exactly what he quoted. Richard was truly nothing but professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. He was quick, did everything by the book, and honestly turned around a really crappy day just by being our friendly savior. I will be recommending Bellevue Towing (and Richard!) to everyone I know! Seriously wondering how this place has so many 5 star reviews. I feel like many tow truck companies have been paying for 5 star reviews and this is one of those companies. Was literally mid call asking about a tow and dispatch service said to hold on as they had another call. Dispatch never came back. Also their bare minimum is $200/hr. Insane. Basically charging at the tow fee maxes set by the city. read more

I managed to lock my keys in my car while turned on, and didn't notice till the next day. My battery was dead and I had to get into my car. I called Grand View towing first and they quoted me $220. So, I called Bellevue Towing and they did the exact same job for $85. I highly recommend calling Bellevue Towing! They get 2 stars for getting the car to where we needed it to be. Cost $360 to literally move the car across the street and was less than 10 minutes. Then they had issues with their credit card machine which took another 15 minutes. I understand minimums but $360 is robbery. Next time I'll ask what their minimum is. read more

The pricing was very reasonable and Mark even advised me of my tires which were starting to crack on the sides, causing potential for a future blowout. google map shows this place in Bellevue so called "Bellevue towing". called them on Sunday on the 1888 number showing google map to schedule a pickup on Monday. The guy took all my info where the vehicle locate at ..where to ..etc. Called them with the same number all morning to confirm my appointment at 2pm today, but no one ever picked up my calls but generate automatic text messages that someone will call me back. finally I replied text message and mentioned my 2pm appointment. Another guy called back and said I'm not even in their schedule system and can't do it today. what a waste of my waiting time and this company has a terrible scheduling system. worst part they're not locating in Bellevue and that 1888 number is somewhere in the east coast Who do schedule on weekends. they don't communicate well. MY SUV went into a deep drainage ditch during the snow. After 3 days AAA still could not get a truck to me. My side roads got plowed by the county and I had a short window to deal with winching the truck out of the ditch before the next snows. I called Bellevue Towing based on their reviews and told them that I did not have an emergency but would like to get out of the ditch before the next snowfall and wanted someone experienced because my car was in new shape and at a 45 degree angle in a rock lined ditch. They got Nathan to me the same day and Nathan did an excellent job. He was very detailed in making sure no damage would occur to my vehicle if avoidable. When we had slipping issue which was to be expected he stopped, repositioned his approach and started again. He got me out and I am not sure another towing situation would have taken the same steps and probably just winched out the vehicle on one run instead of adjusting and taking several steps to get the right result.
