Razorback Camper Sales has been incredibly awesome to work with. As a solo female with some…read moreprevious rv experience, I have come to expect condescending, unprofessional treatment from the RV industry. I went in with a chip on my shoulder that was immediately knocked off by an entire staff of people that actually seemed to love their jobs. My salesman, John Jett Herron is extremely knowledgeable about the various trailers, and able to deliver the information without all the smarmy rhetoric I had experienced at dealers from Arkansas to Oklahoma. He listened carefully to my concerns and gave thorough detailed responses, without pushing. The price and extras we negotiated were exactly what I received on the final paperwork...right down to the heavy duty dog screen they installed. The young man who did my walk thru, also named John, was articulate, incredibly knowledgeable and very, very patient with my repeated questions. Everyone has made me feel welcome and encouraged me to call or stop by with any questions, and I have taken them up on the offer. A family owned, multi-generational company that still remembers what service means.

I cannot say enough good things about Razorback Camper Sales. We have had amazing service before,…read moreduring and after buying our camper from them. Their service is 100% A plus. We are camping today and had a problem with our TV sound. I called Razorback and Kyle spent much of the afternoon on the phone with me and running from camper to camper on the lot trying to find a TV like ours to see how to help me. The cell service here is spotty and it kept disconnecting us. He continually called me back over and over again until he helped me get the sound fixed on our tv. He was genuinely patient and dedicated to helping me get my problem taken care of. This has been our experience with Razorback every time we have needed help! If you are in the market for a camper, you will be doing yourself a huge favor to go check out Razorback Camper Sales. You will be so glad you did! We sure are!

They advertised one price; Curtis confirmed it, snuck in the higher price on the contract. Christine (Owner) never once explained why the $4000 price difference. Don't bother telling them no on a service contract. They'll slip it in anyway, calling it "the warranty". To hide their scam, they refused to give copies of the loan agreement at the signing, saying, "It'll come in the mail", 5 weeks later. Christine did refund "the warranty", $2,995, but did not remove it from the bill of sale, costing me more taxes. This is their business model; it's not about the customer, it's about the take... Take you business elsewhere.

If you're looking for "lipstick on a pig" service, this is the place for you! Left my travel…read moretrailer for a month to have underbelly examined for sagging and to have it repinned. Also requested left rear taillight to be replaced. Went to pick up trailer and underbelly was NOT done, was exactly as I left it. Also, they replaced the wrong tail light. Total charges over $2000 and more than $1000 was billed for labor. I did have other work (water pump and water panel) that were done. I can say all day that Kelly Sullivan (Quality Control and maintenance/labor) and the people that work in the service department are very nice. However, nice didn't fix my trailer. Even allowing them multiple attempts at "making it right" did NOT fix my trailer. Sad they moved into town. Hope they are closed down soon!

Camping World of Benton/Jayco of Little Rock is the most unprofessional business I have ever know…read more Their departments do not talk to each other. We bought a Jayco Jay Feather 32RL at the Little Rock show. They told us they needed until the next Friday to get it ready. We drove over 2 hours to get there. We did drive it home that day. The lady we did the "final" walk through with spent more time talking than showing. Of course, we were excited and nervous to get it home. We didn't ask a couple of questions, that was on us. The lady repeated auto leveling several times. When we got home and began to open the slides. We noticed that the seal on the kitchen slide was not attached. Then the pull tab on the stabilizer was broke, and there were 2 screws trying to come through the roof membrane. So we talked to them on that Tuesday. So we had the camper in our possession 4 days. I received 2 text messages that week from the service department. Both saying it was still in line. That week and the next we received a couple phone calls from banks. So I called our sales lady and she said she had not heard anything so ignore them. The following week we were asked to bring the trailer back because we had not been approved. My husband told them it was up there. The following day I had to take my bonus mom to LR. My husband told them I would be there the next day to get our things out and our deposit back. When I got there, my sales lady asked if something was wrong. I told her the story. She had not been told anything. I have never been so embarrassed in my adult life. A week later I get a text message asking me how satisfied we were with our experience at Camping World. Yes, I gave them a textbook full. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JAYCO OF LITTLE ROCK or any Camping World for that matter.

Buyer Beware - Very Different Experiences Between Camping World Locations…read more I want to share my experience for anyone considering purchasing a high-end RV from Camping World, especially if you are an out-of-state buyer relying on dealership communication before traveling. I was actively negotiating the purchase of a 2014 Itasca Ellipse 42QD through the North Little Rock location. We had already reached an agreed price point and I was attempting to complete reasonable due diligence before flying out to inspect the coach. My questions were standard for a diesel pusher of this age and price range: * Tire DOT dates * Roof condition * AquaHot functionality * Generator hours/service records * Slide operation * Suspension concerns * Water intrusion history * VIN verification * Service documentation Initially, the salesperson offered to FaceTime and review the coach with me. However, after sending my inspection questions, the tone of the communication changed significantly. I was told: * the dealership was "too busy," * they "do not go into detail on the coaches," * and references were made about "losing so much money" on the unit. As a serious buyer considering a six-figure purchase, this response did not inspire confidence. I fully understand dealerships get busy and that independent inspections are recommended, but professionalism and communication matter. The biggest takeaway from my experience is this: Not all Camping World locations operate the same. After this interaction, I contacted another Camping World location in Montana and worked with Sonia, whose professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service were completely different. Because of her approach, I ultimately placed my deposit there instead. My advice to buyers: * Always perform independent inspections * Request service records * Verify tire age and water damage carefully * Do not rely solely on verbal representations * Pay close attention to how a dealership communicates before the sale The sales experience before purchase often tells you what the service experience afterward may look like. I'm sharing this not to attack anyone personally, but to encourage professionalism, accountability, and informed purchasing decisions for consumers making major RV investments. I will keep you updated on: * Corporate responses * Any GM or executive outreach * Price concessions * Montana dealership communications * Inspection reports * Financing terms * Any retaliation or change in tone after your escalation -Sal

We spent several months going back and forth with the manufacturer and ultimately the just could not locate the cause of our issue. When we came to a stand still with the manufacturer and the warranty process, Patrick worked with us on options to get us into a new, safe unit for our kids, even coming out on his day off to show us some options that would fit our budget. He really went above and beyond to make sure that our new camper fit all the needs of our family of 5. When it came to finish up with the new unit, Kody worked, quite hard might I add, with the bank to get our loan details just right. Kody and Patrick kept in communication with us through the whole process, which really helped ease my worries since we had gone back and forth in the warranty process so much. On our delivery day, they even moved our units to the same lot so we could switch everything out. Danny, the service manager went through the unit with us when we arrived and addressed all of our questions. Once we finished up, Kody helped us with a final walk through just to make sure we had all of our questions answered. Buying a new camper just months after purchasing a new camper is stressful. I was so worried financially at what that would look like for us, but Kikos took care of us. Without going into details, really went the extra mile. At the end of the day, we ended up with a newer unit, with a few more features, for a fantastic price! We will definitely trust Kikos for all of our future camper needs!
