What kind of hate do you have to have in your heart to leave something like this? Not trying to over blow this, it took me less than a minute to rake this into the grass, my A/C is working fine but this is a life changing event, questioning the faith of man. So, I signed a contract with them November 27, 2018 for 12 new windows (2 sizes). So let me fill you in the craziness I've dealt with with Winchoice. January 21st was install day....the team of 4 shows up to install my windows (2 come inside to start prepping the inside and 2 begin removing screens and prepping the outside). About 30 minutes later is determined that EVERY ONE OF THE WINDOWS WILL NOT FIT. So they pack up, put screens back on (minus one it broke apart), re-measured (including taking pictures of the measuring tape for EACH measurement) and off they went. I was upset, so they sent me check for $100 for the inconvenience. Fast forward to March 13th (the new install day). A one man crew shows up to install my windows. As he is prepping, he discovers that one is mis-measured AGAIN! He installs 11 of the 12 windows (a two day process). I was quite ticked at this point. I'd missed 3 days of work and still had a window not installed. I spoke to CS rep, who told me that if the last window was not installed by the date of my first payment they would make my first payment. My first payment was due May 6th. Its currently July 17 and I still haven't received a payment. I contacted CS on May 6th and July 10th. Now let me back up a bit and explain that final install. They called me on a Tuesday and said we are available to install the final window Thursday. I assumed it was that Thursday and took a day off work ( I didn't pay attention to the date). About a half hour after the contractor was supposed to arrive I called CS to discover it was really the following Thursday. The CS rep was a little rude when she said I listened to the recording and it was clearly given a date....so no biggie I screwed that one up. A day or two before install of the final window, the contractor called and couldn't make it on Thursday and said he would be here on Saturday. My final window was installed on May 25 (a full six months after signing the contract). I love my windows now that they are installed. it was just a pain to get them installed.

Everything from using "notify anyway" when I have my DND engaged, to saying, in so many words, that I was not "Noble" if I wanted to enter their contest without buying their products first‍ Which, btw, mysteriously went from $25,000 to $16,000, then $17,000, I think. I think I might like to find the proverbial "hat" to see if my name makes it in! Willing to bet against that! We are still waiting for the second one to be installed because Mark Anthony has told us that he scheduled someone to come and they just shockingly didn't show (both times). Customer service will tell you what you want to hear and then not deliver. Would NEVER buy from them again. Once they get your money they don't need you anymore, so install is not a priority.
