These guys are great! Got stuck while coming up a muddy hill. They came right out, got me out and wasn't too expensive.

Terrible customer service. Towed my car to a location that I (as the owner of the vehicle) did not choose and would not let me change it

The tire went flat almost immediately and i pulled into a parking lot nearby. I am 70+ and I had my 95 yr old uncle with me and I was from out of town. I had AAA. Called them and they said East End would provide a tire change. I could have done it but it was cold and I have AAA for a reason. The guy showed up pretty soon and was friendly (nice guy really). Turns out his floor jack was not operable, hummmm? He asked to use my Jeep's sissor jack. So okay and he changed the tire. fast forward to about 10 days ago and I got another flat while on the highway in Waco. Beautiful day and I was in a safe location so I was just going to change my tire. NO JACK HANDLE! Didn't realize the missing handle since I hadn't needed it in the interium. Another call to AAA. They sent a guy from Waco and he was great too. He'll get his own review. I called AAA to report the mising Jack handle that the guy from East End must have left in his truck. I mean he used it and it worked for him but now it is not with my SUV. I don't suspect any bad behavior, Shit happens from time to time. AAA called East End and the guy there called me. He was NOT defensive, perhaps he found the jack handle still rolling around in the floor of the tow truck. At any rate he said he would send me the missing pieces. And he did. I got them today. Bottom line is East End should take better care of their tools. They were friendly and they did replace the missing parts But it also COST me a service call to AAA and as anyone who uses them know you only have limited number of calls before they charge you. So I lost a service call to the issue in Little Rock. Not too happy about that and I don't know if it can be corrected. We'll see. So kudos for showing up right away in the cold and solving the problem, Shame for not having the proper tools and needing to use mine. And some points for quickly solving the missing handle issue without any pushback. So end of story, If I need a tow in Little Rock, I'll call them, I'll just be careful about the tools used.

They told me that they had let it sit for three weeks before checking the VIN (on a very obviously stolen vehicle) to report it to the police, and that they would be charging me $35/day for all of those three weeks (during which I had no idea that it had been recovered), $150 for a towing fee, and some extra for gas for the tow truck. During all my dealings with them, I was repeatedly assured that other than a new paint job and broken ignition and locks, the vehicle was in fine condition. Also during all my dealings with them, I had to talk to three different people over about 6 different phone calls, none of whom would let me speak with the actual owner. When I finally was able to recover my vehicle, many dollars later, it appeared to have been wrecked in addition to being so heavily vandalized that any sensible insurance agent would have written it off as totaled. I payed more in recovery fees than it was even worth any more. About a year later, I received a copy of the police report that provides evidence that Weise Towing did not, in fact, have possession of my vehicle for the three weeks that they claimed. So it appears that they fabricated the story about it sitting in their impound lot for 3 weeks before checking the VIN in order to charge extra for the storage fee. Think about that: they thought that claiming they didn't check the VIN on a recovered stolen vehicle to report it to the police for three weeks was reasonable. If you ever have to deal with Weise in any way, make sure you retain a good lawyer ahead of time. Document absolutely every phone call and dealing you have with them, act quickly, and be ready for small claims court.

Little Mexican man refused and just drove away. When I called them, the rude woman said "Call Someone Else". I was flabbergasted. This company is probably some type of SCAM (gov contracts) where they take everything to their yard. They don't really want point A to point B tow jobs. Now I'm concerned that they have my address!

We were finally able to get up there and try and figure things out. The First Lady at the window was very pleasant, then the dispatcher came out and was horrifically rude and aggressive from the get go. Was yelling, being loud, and hateful. My boyfriend tried to ask a question, as we didn't know what the process was and she up and told him to be quiet and kicked him out of the building. I know the tow drivers and their mechanics and they're all nice folks. But, the mega Karen look alike should not be allowed to deal with the general public. Not sure what her problem is, but I think not. The recovery process is already stressful enough without dealing with someone who has an ego trip.
