Had all side, rear, and roof glass done, and Greg is a very personable guy as well. Very satisfied customer. *Update: One Year Later* So I put a scratch in my driver's side window tint (not from any defect, it was completely my fault), right at eye level when I looked out the window. It was brutal to look at every day. I let it go for months hoping I'd just get used to it, figuring I'd have to pay full price to get it replaced. Finally I couldn't take it anymore so I called Greg to pay to get it fixed. He said "no problem, you're a returning customer, just bring it by with a minimal charge for materials." Awesome! Greg did an amazing job fixing my 2011 Fusion that was not tinted correctly in December. After three months of dealing with my sub-par tint I am so glad I came here. He offered to write up something for me to take to the other shop to get my money back and gave me a great price to get it redone. I had been researching window tint companies in the area so I could surprise my husband by tinting the windows on his Nissan Altima. I called Quality Window Tinting on a Tuesday and I was able to get in on Friday. I used my GPS to get there, and had no problems. It is right off Butterfield just north of Rt 59. There was adequate parking outside and when I went inside, there was a really nice waiting room with a sofa, big screen TV and coffee table. I am a student, so I was able to do some reading while I waited for the car to be done. Greg went over the available tint levels with a visual aid in the lobby. He informed me of the legal levels and all my options. I never felt pressured or talked down to. He really made me feel valued as a customer and treated me like a friend. He promised the car would be done in a set amount of time, and he delivered on that. I was very happy with the job he did, and so was my husband. I just had Greg tint a 5th car for me today. He is going to be getting the 6th very soon. He has always done great work on my vehicles and is knowledgable regarding laws and more important what is going to look best on your vehicle; taking into account SUV vs. sedan, matching tints to factory tints. Not only is his pricing more than reasonable, but his service turn-around time is exceptional. Just had two windows tinted in under 2 hours. Lastly, in all of the vehicles he has done for me, plus countless referred friends that he has tinted, I've never ONCE seen or heard of anyone going back due to tint peeling/bubbling. I've had 2 cars done by Greg & QWT and I've sent at least 3 friends here to have theirs done. It's always done the right way the first time. He only uses the highest quality tint and stands behind it. A few things to look for when you're looking at tint on other people's cars to tell the quality of the tint and the installer: 1. Color of the tint, it shouldn't have a purple hue unless it's an on purpose bright purple (think fast & the furious). Bad quality tint will fade to a weird purple color. 2. Gaps on the window edges. At the top and sides of the windows, there should be nearly no gap between the colored tint and the edge of the window. Unskilled installers will leave a large gap. 3. Bubbles / fuzz. There shouldn't be any bubbles or fuzz in between the tint and the window. These indicate a hasty or unskilled installer. Anybody can buy good quality tint, but only an excellent installer can do tint the way Greg can. read more

Very good job at a great price! They are a relatively new business with a small staff in a small location, but they are fast and cheap. They seem to use good quality materials and offer a lifetime warranty on everything (material & labor). This was important to me since I've had bad tint jobs in the past that looked great at first. This place stays busy so you will need to call and make an appointment. If you're looking for a Saturday appointment, you need to call at least a week or so in advance. Greg helped me replace my old 8 year old tint that was turning purple. He had much difficulty removing the back due to the break light being broken, but did not charge me anymore than what he quote. The new ceramic 30% tint all the way around looks very good. The cut lines were very close to the edge. The work was done quickly on the same day. The only thing I would like to recommend is for Greg to accept American express because amex users have better backgrounds and are less likely to have identity theft. read more

The girl on the phone was extremely pleasant and seemed to be in a good mood. She made the appointment and even gave me a price based on what I told her I wanted. I arrived on time and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was having the front windows of my jeep match the factory rears. 20% I believe. The car was taken in back immediately and 30-40 mins later, it was done and looked great. A few weeks later and it still looks great. I paid $100 even for front 20% tints. Everything they say about Greg is true. The guy is very professional. He was really nice and took time to discuss what my options were. Not only regarding the type of films but also on what would be legal or not. Tinting looks great and would recommend this shop to anyone. FYI most mapping services and GPS systems will give you wrong location for their shop. For some reason they show it as being East of Route 59 when in fact they're just West of it. They do have a nice waiting room if you wanna hang out, but really no nearby places to walk to other than a gas station about 1/2 mile away. So get your meal before you come! read more
