I called Dr. Kojoglanian's office and the next day he personally returned my call and we set up an appointment. At the appointment he did an echocardiogram and stress EKG. When I left his office, he had shared his plan for my wellness and made some slight changes to my medications to focus on my current issue. The follow-up appointments have very relaxed and he has entertained all my questions. I believe that Dr. Kojoglanian will be my cardiologist for a long time. He is a blessing.

However, she recently moved to Santa Clarita to be closer to us and we took her to this office today. According to her, this is the nicest, most professional and friendly office staff with all the up-to date equipment. Her hearing aid stopped working. It was purchased at a different audiology department. Audiology Associates sent the hearing aid out for repairs and contacted the previous business where it was purchased to get the most up to date records. The staff communicated regularly with my mother-in-law and kept her informed during the entire process. The hearing aid was fixed a week sooner than expected. It was very easy to make the appointments. Once the new settings were dialed in they told her she could come in any time without an appointment for any type of adjustments. I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to work with such a professional and friendly business.

On May 1, I had life-threatening episode and was taken by ambulance to Henry Mayo. I am just here to tell you, on yelp of all places, what an absolutely amazingly positive experience I had from the moment the ambulance dropped me off to the time I was transferred to a different hospital. From the nurses, to the doctors, to the joking guy who came in to take my blood who added levity to the situation, to the security staff who effectively handled and out of control, hallucinating female outside my door, and everybody else I interacted with were just off the charts incredible. As you read this, I hope that you personally nor your family members have an emergency need at any hospital, but I will tell you if your need arises in Henry Mayo is the Hospital closest to you, go there with full confidence that they are going to treat you like gold. My quality of care was fantastic and even the representatives that came from admissions in the front office we're so compassionate.
