From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely fun. The attendants who came out were awesome. Super friendly, communicative, and on top of everything without ever getting in the way of the party flow. They set up quickly, kept the energy up, and made sure everyone knew how to get their photos and prints. Speaking of prints--the final product was high quality. Crisp pictures, great lighting, and the prints looked seriously professional. Our guests kept talking about how much they loved them. Couple weeks before the wedding any questions or emails that we through at him he responded no problem and if he was going out of town, he would let me know before just in case he couldn't respond. The week of my wedding Gio was sick and couldn't attend (which we appreciated cause covid was at a spike), but he assured me that I would be well taken care of and WOW he was right. His team ESPECIALLY BRANDON were a hit, the energy he had for the whole time is still being talked about 3 months later. Props, background, energy was all worth it and they are very affordable. This is a local small business, not a franchise or big business so they may have less scheduling availability than some others so I'd book early as possible. Another plus, the price was lower than other quotes I got for a similar package. We ordered a custom backdrop and she worked so hard to ensure it arrived on time and looked good. Double checking formats, late night reviews, and steaming the banner the day of... Rebecca went above and beyond. Our guests had such a great time taking pictures, from young to old, solos to big groups. It was perfect for our reception to get people acquainted with each other in a fun no pressure way. And we had some tech issues with our event so it helped keep guests engaged while we sorted out the laptop on our end. I ordered the custom backdrop, unlimited print on site photos, and the red carpet add on for 3 hours for around $825. Every thing was worth it! Wow ! I really wanted to love this place. So we continued and tried to enjoy our time. While taking pictures at some of the Photo Booth, some pictures might take up to 2 1/2 or three minutes to print out... One of the booths had a rope on it, but the green light was on, which indicated that you may still use the booth. Only my first time here I was thinking the rope was there because maybe someone was waiting for their pictures because the pitchers do take about 2-3 minutes to print out. And not knowing that it was out of service because there were no signs and the GREEN LIGHT was ON. we paid for our pictures and continue to navigate around to other booths to my surprise, a lady came out with a very rude attitude. Yelling at customers saying " WHO TOOK THE ROPE OFF OF HERE!" Her name was (Vionia from chile) she was so disgustingly rude to us that i finally said " hey im sorry i did that I wasn't sure I seen the green light on" she looked at us in disgust. At this point, we were just waiting for a picture to come out of another booth to get ready to exit because we did not feel welcomed. Viona came out and gave us a card to compensate for the pictures that did not come out of the booth. We appreciated that took the card and continue to try and take more pictures... "She continued to raise her voice and say well you guys are getting something for free because you took the rope off the booth" To where I replied, you can have the card back we can pay with money. We are not trying to get anything for free. SHE THEN !! SNATCHES THE CARD BACK AND WALKS AWAY. The manager comes around and tries to resolve the situation, but at this point, I feel very disrespected and honestly somewhat afraid to go back. I couldn't even enjoy time with my sister for her special day. She completely took our joy away that day. It was a horrible way to end our night. I hope they get friendly or people in that place because it is a bit confusing and with a whole bunch of others trying to take pictures at the same booth it can get a bit overwhelming, but I really do feel friendly or staff would be a great solution.
