Lumpia is a popular dish at Filipino parties and typically the first to disappear from the buffet line. You can tell the authenticity of the lumpia here, even before the first bite because NaGemma's offers BOTH sawsawan (dipping sauces), sweet chili sauce AND suka't bawang (vinegar and garlic, but you have to ask for this one). The lumpia quality here IS PERFECT! Bigger in size than what we get in California. The meat inside is flavorful and not salty at all. Every lumpia piece is fried to perfection, golden brown and crispy. LEGIT! VERY EASY RECOMMENDATION! Nom Nom level is HIGH! If their Beef Lumpia dish is an indication of the authenticity of the food created here, I am very excited to come back when we return to visit Oklahoma.
