She was juggling multiple orders and answering the phone, so service was understandably slower than usual. We ended up waiting about five minutes (maybe a bit longer) just to place our order. My wife was ready to head out, but I decided to stick it out since we weren't in a rush. Once we were able to order, things moved quickly, and our pie was ready within a few minutes. That said, the initial wait was a bit frustrating--especially for what we expected to be a quick stop. It felt like they may have been short-staffed, which can happen, but it did impact the overall experience this time around.
