I called to make sure they were open, and a lovely woman named Audriaunna (who we later learned is one of the owners, along with her husband Adrian) answered and warmly told us they were open and looking forward to seeing us. The food was absolutely incredible. Adrian made us acai bowls and smoothies, and every bite was bursting with flavor. You could tell everything was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made with love. Adding the homemade cashew butter and maple syrup to the acai bowls is a must! After a long day of traveling and in the heat, we were so grateful to find such a nourishing vegan meal. I emailed Clean Juice's parent company immediately, providing photos and proof of the issue, and requested a refund. I never received a response. The following day, I called the Fayetteville location and requested to speak with the manager. The employee who answered the phone was dismissive, refused to transfer me to a manager, passed messages back and forth instead, and ultimately hung up on me. When I attempted to call back, my call was ignored. As of now, I have not received a refund, response, or resolution from either the local store or corporate. This location took payment for an order it failed to fulfill, refused reasonable communication, and demonstrated extremely poor customer service.
