Since the store has an "all sales are final" policy sign, I think it's important to be transparent about that. It doesn't bother me enough to make a huge fuss with the owner and I'll still keep it because it's just a plush, but it's the principle of selling a fake item as authentic. What really stood out was how welcoming and fun she made the entire experience. Her enthusiasm for teaching is contagious, and she has a wonderful way of connecting with kids while making sure everyone is included and having a great time. By the end of the lesson, our daughter was already talking about coming back and can't wait to join the kids' Pokémon League. From the old location to this one, something just feels different in the best way. Around April, I noticed that this became a place I genuinely wanted to stop by almost every day. The shop is fun, welcoming, and just an enjoyable place to hang out. The staff are hilarious and make the experience even better. Storm has been great with the Pokémon kids, and the baristas are all extremely talented. Every time I come in, I'm greeted and made to feel welcome. JR has also gone out of his way several times to make sure both myself and other customers are taken care of. He has always been extremely professional, helpful, and great with customers. I'm not sure if he's the manager or if he's in charge of the Pokémon/card side of things, but either way, he and the rest of the staff are doing an awesome job. Thank you for providing the community with a place that we truly enjoy coming to, hanging out at, and spending time in. Keep up the great work!
