Came to our property within 2 days for a cleanout. Very important when you need to flush the toilet.

During that same visit, he had us flush a toilet while the indoor clean-out was open, sending sewage through our home, and left us with a leak at the base of a toilet too. We called Len back, wondering if the first visit was even done right. Technicians Jeff (seemingly a supervisor) and Nas came out. Jeff told us the line was broken and that $11,000 was the only real fix -- and charged us again for this second visit, framing it as a new "broken pipe" issue rather than a callback. Nas seemed put off we hadn't signed up for their membership program -- no protective coverings, no shoe covers, left a mess behind. When we asked him to try harder, he said he couldn't fix a "broken pipe." Before paying $11,000, we brought in a second plumbing company for another opinion -- and it's a good thing we did. WSSC's own crew independently confirmed what that second company found: the real issue was a blockage 10 feet further down the line -- never a broken pipe at all. Two visits, two charges, and Len never got it right. Don't accept a "broken pipe, pay $11k" from this company without a second, independent opinion.
