James and his assistant (I forget his name) arrived the same day and were communicative via text, letting me know when he left the previous job and was on the way to my house. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some pointers about how to clear the clog myself in the future, if it happened again. It took them about 30 minutes to clear the clog and they took their time checking that it was gone for good. Given the COVID pandemic I asked them to wear masks and they did without hesitation; James said this is their policy anyway. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite throughout the whole service call. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have future plumbing problems. Highly recommend.

The cool part is that the technician that does the diagnostics to determine what is wrong isn't the sales guy. It's a touch frustrating to want a number from a guy who isn't trying to sell you anything, but they get the sales guy out the same day, and the next day they're installing! Literally got us back up and running the next day after calling, which is pretty impressive considering we did an entire system replacement. Left them a nasty message with there answering service, that they better come out, and fix my unit or I'm going to file all the complaints I can against them.
