She kept saying she was not in our house so she didn't know our conversation. But REFUSED to let us to talk to the person who was in our house and who had a conversation with my husband and I. Absolutely Shady Business and how they treat people. Wasted a week of our time dealing with an active leak and made our situation worse. The detection was far more inaccurate. It wasn't even in the same room they marked. When trying to use the 30 days guarantee for them to come back to locate the leak again, we were told the insurance company has to call them to use it. For an active leak, as a home owner, we are trying to resolve the issue. Not to run into another drama and scam - totally waste of time. Stay away!

This demonstrates a complete lack of internal communication, an absence of human oversight, and zero accountability. Do not trust their scheduling process, and do not trust their word.
