They randomly showed up a week later with no heads up or scheduling and installed a riser on my septic system clean out. I almost told them no, but decided I needed it done and to just accept service. Here we are a little over a week later, and all the ground around it is caving in, and I'm still being called by the wrong name.

He came out in the late afternoon did some trouble shooting and defined that water was not coming into the septic...blockage in the waste pipe to the septic. Confirmed they would be back the following day with equipment. Knowing nothing of septic, I let him proceed with fixing the problem...went inside to be with my kids. They started digging up my runoff field, I went outside to ask why they were digging in the field when the blockage is occurring before the septic tank. He said Well I'm just checking here first. Why?!? If the problem is before the septic tank, why are you digging after the septic tank. This is when he discloses that he broke our pipe, and it would have to be replaced. He charged us $1,000 and left the broken 10' pipe and other trash in my yard for me to clean up. Not a scammer but he doesn't know what he's doing and will take you for your money.

They just show up when you are in the middle of something. Zero communication with this company unless it is time to get your CC number and payment. They travel at warp speed to payment. As soon as the sh*t was gone, my CC was charged. I will not be using this company again. I experienced nothing great about them.
