Essentials uses up to date equipment and their linens are always clean and in great shape. I have had facials in many high end hotels and resorts and to be honest they don't even compare to Essentials.

There were two customers inside along with herself and a single nail technician on the floor. Her demeanor was very rude and cold. I will never be returning and I do not recommend, unless you want unfriendly service.
