They are normally very meticulous but the one time that I went home with a bit of wax still attached, they were incredibly apologetic and offered me a free session. I also routinely go here for nails. I don't like gels just because of what they do to my nails, so I always go for the Performance line. These are a non-gel that acts like a gel. In addition, this last visit was the worst. I got a huge burn on my face. I thought it would die down after the first night but it looks pretty bad now and I've had to go into work for big presentations trying to cover this up.
