I hate to give bad reviews but I have had quite a few not so great experiences at this location…read more The front desk staff are hit and miss but multiple times I have witnessed pretty unprofessional behavior (bad mouthing their team in the hallways while we can hear them in the wax room, gossiping at the front desk). In addition, this last visit was the worst. I got a huge burn on my face. I thought it would die down after the first night but it looks pretty bad now and I've had to go into work for big presentations trying to cover this up. I've had burns before but this is by far the worst.

I used a $250 birthday gift card, the HydraFacial costs $200, and the $50 tip was mandatory -- which didn't feel appropriate given the limited service. it's overprice.

You would never expect to find this serene, pleasant and awesome salon in a tiny storefront on Washington Street. But it's there and it's great!! Although I had requested an hour and a half massage, I only got a 1 hour one, but they only charged me for that, so no big deal. The nail salon was super clean. The tools used are all sterilized well. I consider their prices pretty fair, compared to other nail salons I have been to in the city.
