I am still currently calling other dentists to see if I can make an appointment and very disappointed but wanted to update that they refunded me This place will bait and switch you- they will tell you to come in for their 97 dollar special that includes a cleaning and then tell you you need a 1200 dollar deep clean so you can't get your teeth cleaned today and still charge you the full 97.00. Do not go here. Wasted a lot of time- they rescheduled and I accommodated twice, and called originally for tooth pain and had to wait a week because they sold me on their "special," and walked out with 97 bucks spent and nothing done. read more

Quality of care has been exceptional for the 10+ years that my family has been patients here. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

They convinced me to buy an expensive plan saying that it would discount my service that day and include a future free cleaning. THEY scheduled a free cleaning for me six months out. I called them to cancel six months later as I had no record of this appt and was sick, they proceeded to charge me a $50 late cancellation fee for an appointment that was supposed to be included with the plan I had already purchased. Talk about bad business practice and complete unwillingness to work with a sick customer. Charging me $50 for a service that would've been free and the girl at the front desk was totally condescending while explaining to me that they had to hold space so they couldn't put another customer in my spot that day and that cost the practice money even though the appointment was supposed to be free. Needless to say, I am not recommending Queen Creek complete Dental Care. read more

Queen Creek Is just the place for having your family dental work done. From Bethe, Dr. Jafari, and all of his staff, you'll be treated kindly, like a friend, professionally, with very a good outcome on whatever work you need. My wife and I gave all of our porcelain crowns made here because it's a one step process. The highest quality porcelain crowns are measured and milled (made) right while you wait for a short 45 min to 1 hr. wait. And they look beautiful. Corey does a great job cleaning my teeth and Amy works with the Dr. on crowns fillings etc. It's obvious this team has worked closely helping patients for many visits. read more

Wow! 5 stars only because I can't give 10. From my first call and speaking with Emily was a treasure. An appointment was made quickly and easily. Arrived the day of and met with Kelsie and Dr. Jafari and a treatment plan was set into motion and two days later I arrived for a deep cleaning and a crown for a broken tooth. Jenny was the one who took care of the deep cleaning part and was gentle and did such an awesome job. Then Dr. Patel and Amy took over for the crown. They both were gentle and so professional and I enjoyed talking "all things southern" with Amy while my crown was being made. It's so nice to have a permanent crown immediately instead of having to wait for two weeks. From the first step in the door, through the procedures, it was a 5 star experience. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a dental group to come here. I have another crown and will be back once this one heals. Well done to QUEEN CREEK COMPLETE DENTAL!! We started going to this office in 2019. Initially our experience was good. Beth at the front was great with billing and the staff was great with the kids. Six months ago both my husband and I had crowns done. Against my better judgement I paid the "Estimated Amount Due" BEFORE receiving the EOB. Insurance listed the crown build up as denied because the supporting x-rays had not been submitted. First disturbing point is that their estimated out of pocket matched the amount with insurance NOT covering this work. (Did they never intend to take the time to submit the documentation - and just figured they would have us pay out of pocket instead?) I called their office and was told by the new front desk person (Beth is no longer there) that she had no way of knowing why insurance had rejected it and that was between me and my insurance company. Weeks and hours of calls on hold later I finally manage to get UHC on a three way call with "Kelsey" from the office. UHC tells her what they require. She assures me she will get it to them. We just came up on our next cleaning. Note we are still out of pocket at least $400 more than we should have been for this work. I ask if there is an update and she has no idea. She looks it up and assures me she sent in what she needed to and this was just the way these things work. Great. I informed her that for all I knew she was doing her best on her end to resolve this - and just wasn't doing a great job of communicating that. But what it appeared from my end was that they had their money and therefore no incentive to follow through on this. I've been chasing this billing issue for months and had no desire to add to the billing error stack. As such to please cancel my kid's upcoming appointments. We would not schedule any additional work until this was resolved. If they valued my family as patients they would make this a priority. My husband was informed by Dr. J during his cleaning a couple of hours later that his wife had been "rude" to their staff and it was unacceptable. That it would be just as well if we moved on. We are certainly doing that. At no point did Dr. J attempt to have a conversation and ask what our concerns were. An interesting approach since the entire family has been going there for three years. Word to the wise - don't pay them a penny until you have received your EOB. I should add that our last round of cleanings also randomly included two x-rays each that were not considered standard of care or covered. We have never had this issue with cleanings at this office before so this also doesn't make sense. It *appears* that either intentionally or due to incompetence the billing practices have changed since Beth left. It is unfortunate. But I would no longer recommend this office. read more

Don't go here. Started here because cleanings were cheap for uninsured students. My assistant, Dani, was nice to start and cleanings weren't terrible and she always enjoyed hearing about my daycare. As time went by, when ever I told her happy accomplishments in modeling (she mentioned she tried and failed with modeling before), suddenly I was stabbed REGULARLY and last visit I was so swollen I couldn't eat for 2 days or I'd bleed again / it burned. I have strong teeth..family trait. That last visit, Jafari told me I had a cavity. Never felt anything off and when I asked more questions (such as can I wait until it's a problem / get a 2nd look) he said when I had to schedule the fill it would be 10x more costly because it could get worse. Fine. Filled. Paid. Moved on. Month later when I still was unsure, I called to ask to ask for a copy of my xray showing the cavity and they DON'T HAVE IT?? What?? Not even bothering with continued visits for ms Bitter to destroy my gums again. Next. Front desk girls were always super friendly though. They earned those stars for this office. Best Dentist. Ever. I've had terrible experiences at dentists, as a result, I was terrified to go. My fear lead to avoiding the experience for years and my health began to suffer. So when I got to the point that I could no longer handle it, I found Dr. J -- A true miracle in my life. I walked into the office ashamed and embarrassed by the situation with my teeth. I was met with friends who were compassionate, encouraging and wanted to help me get back to my best self. The staff ensured my anxiety was at ease as they started the work. I was emotional once again to be surrounded my such an amazing team. While other dentist require you to go to different specialty, Dr. J does it all, and does it very well. His work is A+ and fast.
