By FAR the most expensive dentist I have ever gone to. I spent at least 5x more for fillings than usual. When I complained, they said they couldn't reduce the bill because they had already submitted it to insurance. I'd avoid this place. The first cleaning I had, they finished in 3 minutes. My feeling was they spent so much time trying to sell me on their practice, and giving me a tour, and showing me expensive 3d images of my teeth, that they then rushed my cleaning to get me in/out in a certain time frame. When I went in for my fillings, I told the dentist this and he had them reclean my teeth and said, "she is usually pretty good, sorry." read more

I had a disappointing experience VERY EXPENSIVE with this dental office. While the staff were initially friendly during my first visit, the level of care and attentiveness seemed to decline on subsequent appointments. My first visit was handled quickly and efficiently, but later visits involved significantly longer wait times. I was also frustrated by the billing process. I was charged for an initial consultation where no actual dental work was performed--only an explanation of recommended treatments--resulting in a substantial bill. Additionally, the office requires payment at the time of checkout and directs patients immediately to billing, which can feel uncomfortable if you are not prepared to pay on the spot. In my case, the total cost of services was $1,414, and I was still responsible for paying $340 out of pocket of my own money I just wanted a teeth cleaning. The overall cost of care felt very high, and I did not feel that the level of service justified the expense. Overall, I felt that the practice was more focused on billing than patient care, and I would not recommend it to those seeking affordable or patient-centered dental services. No I will never go back and I will be telling people to not go! If I could give no stars I would give NONE....NOT HAPPY! read more

The customer service and care quality here was next level. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and greeted me with a smile. My hygienist Kaitlyn was gentle and knowledgeable. No one else will ever clean my teeth again. They even have a massage chair for use before or after your appointment. Can't say enough good things about this office! read more

This place is a scam. Before they did anything, I always asked if my insurance would cover it--and they told me yes. For example, before they started the fluoride, I asked again if it was covered, and the staff checked on the computer and said yes. I even confirmed again before my dental cleaning and exam. Then, 20 days later, I received a bill for over $200 saying my insurance only covered part of it. That has NEVER happened to me in the last five years--I've never had to pay out of pocket for dental care. When I questioned it, the staff tried to say it was just a "small benefit from my workplace," which is not true--I pay for full insurance every month. The worst part is they don't tell you upfront what will and won't be covered. They just go ahead, do the work, and then send a big bill to your house. My simple cleaning and exam cost almost $500, and insurance only covered $171--they expect me to pay $242 out of pocket. Completely unacceptable. Before they do any procedure, they should let customers know the real price and ask for approval. Instead, they trick you and bill you later. Imagine if someone went in for a root canal--they'd say insurance covers it, and then the patient would be stuck with a $1,000+ bill. VIOLATES HIPPA. This place is unfortunately such a money grab. I say unfortunately because I actually really did like the set up of the office, the Dr. as well as all his clinical staff HOWEVER, their front office team is a nightmare. I've referred a couple of family members to them all for them to completely violate my HIPPA rights. when my family members come in for their own personal appointment and they get handed over my personal patient chart going over everything i've had done and asking if THEY can pay my remaining balance even after insurance and $300+ out of pocket for a couple sealants and a small filling. Not only did they break the law by sharing my personal health records with other patients but they went into my chart and added a phone number I never authorized for them to add (my step mothers who was also a patient there) and started calling her harassing her for a year straight for MY remaining balance. DO NOT trust this office. Not to mention, when i called to report this they said well we can't go back and undo any of it, but since we have you here can you pay that $70 balance? Such a joke. I will be filing a complaint through the U.S Department of Health and Human Services. read more

Follow up review, March 2025: After the frustrating experience I had in November (see my previous review below), I don't want have anything to do with this office anymore. I thought things couldn't get worse--yet here we are. Not only did they cancel my appointment without informing me and reschedule it without my approval, but now they have the nerve to send me a statement saying I owe them $100. Maybe I should send them a bill for the inconvenience they caused me back in November. The lack of communication and disregard for patients' time is beyond unprofessional. I cannot recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and respectful dental care. November 2024 review: I'm incredibly disappointed with the customer service at this office. They canceled my 8 AM cleaning appointment because of a staff meeting and rescheduled it--without my knowledge--to February 2025. A week before my appointment, they called me during my major surgery and left a vague message asking if I could come in earlier. No one followed up after that. Despite recovering from surgery, I dragged myself out of bed to make it to my scheduled appointment, only to find the office closed for training. When I called, they claimed I had rescheduled for February 2025, which is absolutely untrue. No one communicated this change to me, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. This level of mismanagement and lack of consideration for patients' time is unacceptable. I expected better professionalism and respect from a healthcare provider. read more

I specifically made it a point to know THAT I WAS IN Network as I have worked in the dentistry field for 15 years and know my out of network benefits suck. Now I have a balance and I'm being told there is nothing you can do about it. If I had been told prior to my exam and fmx I would have never sat in the chair. BEWARE!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. I started with them back in 2023 for Invisalign. At first everything was smooth sailing, I was set up on a payment plan, began treatment, and followed up every 2ish weeks. When I first went there, they confirmed my insurance was in network and I would get the full benefits of my plan. Come to 2025 and I found out that was completely false and I was not in network so my insurance did not pay out the way they had claimed leaving me with a $300 bill I was not expecting. When my Invisalign had come to an end, Dr. Snow went and removed my attachments and ended up dremeling an indent on the top of one of my front teeth. For the payment plan, we had set up it would pull about $85 a month until it was paid in full. I ended up calling in about June/July of 2024 to pay the account IN FULL since I had the funds and at that point had not seen them in two months. In November of 2024, I got an email statement stating I had a $300 balance on my account and was 90 days delinquent. Clearly, I was confused as I had already called and paid my account and again had not seen them since April of 2024. I had text them to ask about this balance and they had let me know they switched systems and that statement was an error. To me, that made sense as I had not received any notification of a balance being on my account and I paid the balance back I had already. Fast forward to March of 2025, they start calling my HUSBAND in regard to the balance on my account rather than contacting me, the patient that has the balance. When I had called to figure out what was going on, the billing lady was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was stupid and even had the nerve to say "well I had already spoke to your husband about this so you should already have the answers". After trying to figure out what was happening, I had them resubmit the claim to insurance and told them I will pay the bill when I got the denial letter from my insurance. They ended up calling me which I was unable to answer due to dealing with a family emergency and being out of state and was again met with complete rudeness and zero compassion for an issue I did not cause then proceeded to threaten to send me to collections and REFUSING to set up any sort of payment plan. While I completely understand the $300 was what was remaining from "being out of network" with my insurance, the balance for something I had done in April was not put onto my account until AUGUST, which is completely unnecessary. On top of all of this, the manager of the practice completely refuses to speak to anybody with complaints which just backs my feelings of this being an awful and sketchy business. I will never recommend to anybody and will forever tell anyone I meet to avoid this practice. I will also like to state, they buy their 5 star reviews by telling patients if they leave a 5 start review, and only a 5 star review, you get put in raffles to earn "major" prizes such as cash, trips, etc. which to me you shouldn't need to bribe people for them to say they enjoy your company. read more

My first time coming here was summer of 2023, I had just gotten better insurance and this place had great reviews and was near my house. My hygienist was Ashleigh (although I've been told she no longer works there) she was marvelous nonetheless. At the end of last year I had Kari and today I had Kari again as my hygienist and I like her a LOT. Super easy to talk to, down to earth, sweet, and seems like she really likes her job. I had seen Dr. Farr my first two visits and I like him a LOT as well. Seemed knowledgeable, comfortable, and confident. Today the dentist was Dr. Hirschi I believe or spell somewhere along those lines. He was pretty cool too but I was expecting Dr. Farr. The new dentist was alright, no complaints. He was really kind and great energy. (He said that Dr. Farr was doing a root canal lol) Also, the ladies at the front greeted me as I walked in and wished me well as I walked out. Because our dentist joined Snow family Dentistry our insurance coverage dropped 20 percent. We ended up paying 100's of dollars before we figured it out. The Snow office was very hard to communicate with. They said they would call me back that day but I had to call them back days later. The did forgive a few dollars that we had as a balance. As soon as you walk into this beautiful building you're greeted with a very friendly smile. It was our first visit so both my son and I got welcome bags! Everything is pristine! I felt very comfortable from start to finish. They reassured my son and made it fun for him. The technology they have is something I haven't seen in any other office. They walk you through what they're doing and answer all questions that are asked. They don't push for services; they explain everything and speak with you as a person not a client. Not only is Dr. Farr, the kindest and nicest man you may ever meet, but he is also the most clinically proficient and academically honest dentist to whom I have ever been. I say that having been a physician for over 40 years. Further, his staff is remarkable and is most similar to a family who takes patients in as part of their family. It's quite remarkable. Today, Ashlegh was is my dental hygienist. Her academic knowledge and clinical excellence were exceeded only by her infectious personality. It is well-known in the medical community that a tremendous physician / dentist may have his practice sink because of uninspired, uncaring, and dry staff members. There for a follow up cleaning. I have a couple of molars that should probably be pulled but so far minimal pain so I am letting them ride. No pressure but dentist and hygienist both have explained the consequences of not being more aggressive on the 2 molars. Quality of care is excellent with a "common sense" approach by staff and dentists. Everyone friendly and professional. I would highly recommend and have sent my 95 y.o. mother there for care and she was very pleased. When I need work done, these are the guys I want doing it!!! read more
