My child came to this practice as a new patient to get her teeth cleaned and get annual x rays because of a friend. Another local dental office has been providing care since the toddler year and we all get cleanings every 4 months. Today I learned we were billed for having 15 teeth worked on for fillings and our $2500 yearly max has been almost exhausted and it's only February. I would recommend parents attend appointments with their teenagers. Ask for their X-rays and get a second opion before you proceed with dental work that is permanent. I am now waiting to take my child back to our other dentist for a 2nd opinion to see what was actually done given this child had a cleaning late August 2024 . I feel a bit concerned much of the work completed and billed may have been unnecessary. Update: I have now learned that it is not legal for a minor to receive medical or dental care without consent of a parent or legal guardian. This to review finding, recommended treatmant plan risks, as well as review and agree to financial obligation BEFORE care is provided. This can only be circumvented for some preventative care and in the case of a medical or dental emergency, which was not the case for us and I was never contacted to consent or review their recommendations. read more

I came in this morning thinking I had a cleaning since I made the appointment. Let me just say, I finally found a place nearby that takes my insurance. Ever since I switched insurances, I've been struggling to find places that takes it and to that I don't have to pay a hefty amount out of pocket. Anyway, I came in 5 mins before my appt time considering I live nearby but I had forgotten about paperwork but the front desk was kind enough to let me know that it was ok and I filled it out on the spot. Like I said I thought I did say over the phone that the appointment was for cleaning, but upon the a lot of xrays taken, I was advised to do so another time and something to do of my wisdom tooth. The Dr. referred me to an oral surgery specialist to have it removed. I've had the same problem. Every dentist I go to tells me you still have a wisdom tooth and I let them know it doesn't hurt. I've had it since I was in my late teens coming into adulthood and now that I'm in my thirties, I don't feel it as it doesn't hurt. I get it better now than later, but I was told from other dentists not to touch the area as it is no bugger I was there for an hour.. just to take xrays of my teeth and the little time left, the Dr. going over what needs to be done. I also have a space from the crown that was recently removed from another dentist and I don't have plans to put another in atm. Now I have to make another appointment to come back so I can get the cleaning done (which I really thought it was today) was upset about it, but the receptionists and everyone there were really nice It was a clean dental place. The receptionist were nice and the Dr. as well. I gave it a 3 star rating due to the service I thought I was getting based on the phone call and upon arrival it wasn't what I expected to get done. Will still def come back because I need to make another appt to do the cleaning of my teeth. read more

My family and I followed our hygienist to this dentistry and are super happy here. We came probably around 4 years ago. This is further from our prior dentist, but Ian K is worth the drive. We don't fear getting our teeth clean because the cleanings are like a teeth spa. They work with our dental insurance, which is Humana. Everyone we've dealt with and gotten to know are awesome - Ian, Christian, Jamie, Chloe, etc. Unfortunately our favorite dentist left, but Dr. Spring and Dr. Swanson are good as well. We not only get our cleanings here, but when a filling is needed, they easily take care of it. They always let us know what our portion of the cost is before doing any work and will work with us on financing options, if that is needed. I personally have gotten an implant here. There were some challenges here and took longer than anticipated, but in the end, all is good. They wanted to make sure that the implant was done correctly and that it would last for a long time to come. This did take probably a half a year longer than was thought, but I would rather have it done correctly than not and have to redo again. They have also replaced a couple crowns that I had that didn't last from my prior dentist. I am confident of the work this dentistry does and if there is something that happens that shouldn't be, that they will make things right. The place is clean, organized, well-maintained. The staff is wonderful. We feel like we are a part of the Premier Family. Would highly recommend. read more

Got multiple X-rays and pictures of my teeth and then was taken into an office and presented with a price list for an advanced cleaning and all the work Dentist David said needed to be done. I declined to sign the agreement. Having not had a check up for over a year because of the pandemic I was not surprised that work is needed on some of my old fillings. What ruffled my feathers was the abrupt and disrespectful way I was treated. So I left without the cleaning I came in for. But I do have a bill for $477. If I could give less than one star, I would. These people seem very nice, but unfortunately it has become clear that this company is very, immoral and dishonest. I feel that I must warn future potential clients. I came to this facility with my husband (different last name) and I referred both of my adult foster children with cognitive disabilities (both also with their own last names). It seems that they did not connect our names as they pulled the same scams on each of us. Both of my foster daughters were told that they needed extensive work, which I initially believed because they aren't always responsible with their teeth. They were told needed thousands of dollars of fillings, had 'cracked teeth' and when one of my daughters went in once, she suddenly needed an 'emergency' root canal which cost thousands--- to girls with disabilities who the office knew were living on social security and had state-appointed guardians because they were unable to fend for themselves. My husband has had bad teeth for a long time (grew up overseas) so his need for extensive work was plausible. But, I've only had one filling in my entire life and then suddenly this office told me I had a cracked tooth and needed extensive work. I went for a second opinion. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth and I feel disgusted that my family was robbed by these horrible. I'm especially sad because two of the people that they stole from are vulnerable and it didn't make a difference to these charlatans. Stay FAR away. A little over six years ago I started going to that dental location, I build a lot of plaque so I get cleanings every three or four months, during one visit I complained about pain in my lower jaw by my left canine tooth. They eventually found that I had a cavity below the gum line and said that the tooth needed to be pulled. They have a large sign outside that states Dental Implants $800.00, I was charged $2,800.00 for my dental implant, when I questioned them they said that price is for patients that have dental insurance. The implant lasted four years and I just had a Periodontist remove the implant along with the tooth next to it due to sever bone loss. This procedure will cost me over $5,000.00, and it should never have happened if they would have told me how to look after the implanted tooth properly. I highly recommend avoiding their practice, I went over and spoke to their office manager and was told there was nothing that they would do to help offset my new periodontist bill. Once again, they used a bait and switch when it came to my implant and they should have found the cavity before they had to pull the tooth, I see them as being extremely unprofessional and only interested in making money at the expense of their patients. FYI, I used to make their entire staff elaborate and tasty lunches, I did it because I enjoy cooking and not not do it for a discount, but one would have thought and expected that their practice would look after my dental needs before it became critical to have to have the tooth pulled, which once again, was just pulled yesterday on October 15, 2021. Finding a good dentist is hard. Find an amazing one is like winning the lottery! Dr. Spring and his staff are incredible. The office is clean, modern and very well cared for. The staff are all very friendly and compassionate. Dr Spring takes the time to really explain what is going on, your options, and why he believes that is the best course of treatment. I also appreciate that he is conservative with treatments. He recommend watching certain baby teeth that another dentist had told us needed fillings, rather than drilling a tooth that will fall out soon and didn't need treatment. I think a lot of dentist offices get a bad rap for acting more like car salesmen and trying to upsell you on things you don't need done, but Dr Spring is the exact opposite! I have terrible dental phobia and need some work done including the dreaded wisdom teeth extraction, but after my consult I felt totally at ease with what needed to be done. Everyone was amazing with my kids, ranging from 3 to 14, and they were all very comfortable with the staff. Nobody likes going to the dentist. That's just weird. But I'm so happy to have found one that not only doesn't terrify me, but is actually as delightful as a visit to the dentist can possibly be! read more

She recently did a 2 perfect deep cleaning sessions, one on each side of my mouth (top and bottom) Zero complaints! I was referred here by my coworker since I was previously quoted an outrageous out of pocket expense for a procedure I did not feel was needed or warranted (since I wasn't experiencing any pain) from a different dental office. I came here simply for a 2nd opinion and turned out I needed a crown rather than a root canal. I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and level of customer service I experienced from Dr. Spring and all his wonderful staff. Typically dentist offices make me nervous and usually always feel sterile but I did not feel like that one bit. I wanted to leave a review after my procedure (it's been 4 days after my permanent crown has been cemented) and I am a happy camper! No pain just a little sensitivity to cold food/beverages which isn't bad at all since I've always experienced that with my teeth anyways. I am impressed with the quality of service I received at an affordable price I could afford!
