Hello my yelpers. I have to update my review. I have gotten lashes before and my natural lashes stayed in. However, omg . These literally ripped mine out. I no longer have lashes. Mind you I only get lashes once or twice a year. Im not the type who gets them 24/7. I dont know what they did wrong but this sucks. Smh. Didn't even have them long enough. Don't come here be aware over prices it's so painful over prices for cheap quality the vibe is so horrible here feel like there talking crap about in there own language . So I went in back in august to get my lashes does because I seen they had good reviews so I went in got them done with leanne she did an awesome job I had a great lash set then the second time I came it was with a new person and I ask for same thing as last time just a little more fuller so I am suppose to get the wispy look with hybrid will look natural but a little fuller to bled in that natural look I paid 125$ for the service it took 2 hours so let go from the first start of discomfort the Patches and tape where very uncomfortable she fixed the left side one because it was hurting but didn't fix the right side one so let get to the cut the right side I stood like that for about 25 mins then I said it burning my eyes she gave me the fan I put it on my eye lash then for some time I thought she might fix it because the fan in the way of her work nope that didn't not happen so tear drops are falling out on just the right side eye she gets a w too and drys up the tear she said it's gonna hurt a little because it's a fuller set your getting done mind you I had a full set before and didn't feel this pain it was just the eye patch that needed to be adjusted but she refuse to do then I put the fan down and let her finish well doing so what ever took she using to do the lashes poke the crap out of my eye lid and I said oww she said sorry then I let her continue again and again more pain more eye pain more drop coming out my eyes but mind you I am keeping still I am not complaining as much because I just want to get my lashes done but I tighten my body up from the pain which should indicate I am in pain tear drop should tell her I said yeah but just one eye hurt not the other that don't make sense how it because a full lash set worst excuse so after that I paid for 2 purple to be in there one side has more purple then the other and there gaps I didn't notice till the next day because she has to put sue drops in from the redness my lashes are to lose to my eyes lids now they are poking my eyes even after being done I still used the fan because my eye was hurting and mind you I have to drive the the girls are nice in the office I do say the lady offered me to come back and fix but I said what about Tuesday they have a 3 day policy which I came in on Saturday so I didn't know there open on Sunday most lashes don't really stay open on Sunday so that my fault i should have called in but if the lash tech knew her clients in pain and saying the patch fix it don't leave me in Eye pain then I forgot to mention after she was done I had to lay back down because the glue was stuck to my eye which causes my bottom lash to stick to the top lash then we had to fix it again because the glue went in my eye they did offer me a 15$ refund and there policy only does a 3 day fix so good luck just doing this review for honesty because there wasn't even I am sorry that happen nothing also if you notice it kinda look like the yelp reviews with the Asian or Chinese people might work there they overall have a better set I feel they choose and pick who they want to give a good deal on over all they did offer me a refund of 15 dollars and they did stuck my eye lashes in a bundle and then decided to glue it there and when I took it off you can see they were bunch up glued together then glue to my lashes waist of money over price for cheap lashes you can get in Amazon don't come here read more

Tried this place out as I used to get my lashes done at another place in Pasadena. But moved out here so needed a new place to go to... the appointment went fine... however I woke up the next morning with an eye infection in both eyes. They were super red, sore, felt swollen, and sensitive to light. Ended up having to go to urgent care and getting antibiotic eye drops. Not sure what causes this but read online this usually means it was not done correctly. And I know this is not a reaction as I've had my lashes done several times before at a place in Pasadena and never had anything like this happen. Unfortunately because of this I will not be returning and now I'm nervous to try other places as well. read more

I've had the 3D which look like classics ,this time the lady Eva said I needed to remove and replace which in 4 visits,they removed and replaced twice. This is my new set ,which looks less than the classics and I paid over 100 bucks. I've had lashes done elsewhere before,but when I spend over a hundred for a fill. They are usually very full.
