This is the first facility I've been to that has the beams above the table so they can walk on your back ... must be a petite therapist ... will have to try that when I have more time. They do "reference" reflexology for your feet, but they don't ask you about it before your Foot massage, so I think it is more about marking vs actual reflexology services provided. read more

Tom gets 5 stars! I went to Queen Massage for the 60-minute foot massage and it was SO GOOD! I had a foot soak while he massaged my head, neck, and shoulders. Then was the foot massage that I seriously had such a relaxing out of body experience during. Then I flipped over and had the most amazing back massage. It felt like the true reflexology massage that I was looking for. Tom knows the human body and pressure points that need to be pressed. My hips were so tight and had a dull ache, but Tom knew exactly where to massage to loosen my tight joints and muscles. I wish I could give 10 stars! After reading all good reviews I gave this place a try. So Onie (not sure how to spell her name) gave me a bad massage. The massage is not on point. Pressure is too light like 2/10 where it need to be, however the elbow on my ribs is just hurt. She is not doing a professional job she does it just to do it. I can give a better massage I believe. Yes please! Second time coming to this place. Came here last minute with friend and thankfully they were able to accommodate. Wish I had brought a hair tie- note to always bring one. The massage was good, I wanted the person to focus on my knots on my shoulders - it was decent - felt way better than coming in, just wished the guys elbows weren't so dry as I felt like my back was being scratched too haha. Oh and we did the foot detox - legit or not? I don't know but it was like $25 for 20 mins - the foot bath looked like gray-green sludge after...I felt good that's all that matters. I don't recall the name of the girl who massaged me. I thought she did okay. I felt i uncomfortable for the most part. I had to keep asking for soft pressure as I wanted to just relax and fall asleep pretty much the entire time. After the massage she asked me how she did in front of the the other waiting customers by the lobby, didn't want to embarrass her so i just said good. I handed her $20 for tip and she had the audacity to say if i did good (pointed to their ridiculous TIP metric system lol) and basically asked for more. I think they do walk-ins but I called to make sure they had an opening for a 60 min. couples combo massage (30 body, 30 foot). I did a yelp check-in to try their hot stone massage and it was so nice. The bed was really comfy and the masseuse made sure to keep my body warm and covered with a blanket throughout the whole session which I appreciated. The upper body was ok. I have a really stiff shoulders so I don't blame them if they can't massage them firmly. My favorite was the foot massage. I think I will come back to do a 60 min. I let Lucy know it was my first time cupping and when she began she repeatedly asked if the pressure of the cups was alright (and it was. Uncomfortable at first but I believe primarily because I wasn't sure what to expect, it's a unique sensation). I like heavy pressure for massages and Lucy absolutely provided. She did also check in to make sure it wasn't too much. She also asked if I was cold, and later on when I was, she got me a blanket. But I have a suggestion for Queen Massage, When the customer lies face down on the bed for massage, Queen Massage should put a round silicone cushion on the bed, When I went for the massage, there was a round fabric pillow on the bed, However, it really hurts my face to lie on the bed for a long time with such a material. I called in ahead of time for a couple's massage and came in at 3 pm. When we got there, they charged us $100 with a $1 service fee for 2 1-hour full body massages. Right after, she pushed us towards 2 separate rooms and told us to take our clothes off and lie down. No small talk or asking us if we had any questions or requests. That escalated quickly. We also told them we came for a couples massage and wanted to be in the same room, but they were all booked (even though they said they had availability) so we decided to come back at 6pm which they said would be their next availability. When I came back they acknowledged us, but 20 minutes later past our appointment time, still no updates. We decided to leave and asked for a refund, but the lady seemed really taken aback. She kept saying "we were waiting for someone else but we can start now" and after we said its okay and that we were going to be late for an appointment and had to go, she kept refusing to refund us until we said no about 5-6 more times. We were still charged the $1 service charge though, which was weird but no biggie. She didn't even apologize for making us wait longer even though we came back at the time she specified. P.S. They have a sign regarding tipping and they expect a minimum of $15 tip per massage. Would not recommend based on customer service. read more
