Wow! Never have I had such a great deal and amazing massage session! The host was very welcoming, friendly and informative. My girlfriend asked plenty of questions and they were answered! We managed to set a session for a couples massage and it worked out nicely. Very clean business, the smells weren't overall prudent and the ambiance was soothing. I received a great 90-minute Swedish body massage. My massage therapist, was a young lady, was super strong and skillfully addressed the knots in my neck and shoulders. Having previously worked at a luxury spa, I have high standards but always appreciate a good Asian-style massage, and this place exceeded my expectations. The only drawback is it's next door to a pizza parlor, and my best friend said she heard them cooking. Very disappointed with my massage here + shady business practices. I usually have my go-to place in Garden Grove but wanted to check out Queen Massage after finding them on Yelp since they were much closer to me. I was able to make an appointment for 2 people for the same day and came later than evening with my boyfriend. We both ended up going for the 60-minute full-body massage at $50 each (which is pretty standard). As I was about to pay, I noticed that there was a sign that said there would be a $1 additional charge if paid with credit cards. I was fine with this so I gave them my card and to my surprise, they ended up charging me $2 instead of $1 ??? They then told me that because I was paying for 2 people, it would be separate...yet they charged it all on one card. Kinda shady if you ask me. As for my massage experience...I've definitely had better. My masseuse was, unfortunately, not a great one. When I asked my boyfriend how his was, his response was the same and that there was no technique/it did not feel as good as the other places I had taken him. I'm sure your experience will depend on who your masseuse is, but for it being our first time here and what our experience was, it's a pass for us. read more

I was looking for a place on Monday after a long stressful day at work and came across Queen Massage's $50 -60 min stone massage Yelp deal. I called in and asked for a 6:30 pm for 2 appointment with two females but didn't have availability until 7:30. 7:30 was a little to late for me so I kept looking but almost 5 minutes later I got a call back from Queen Massage asking if i could come in at 6:30 because they had a cancellation! Woohoo! When we got there we were quickly greeted and paid prior to the massage. Atmosphere: calm and friendly Massage: was decent but could use a bit more communication. Typically all masseuse no matter where I go ask if it's my first time getting a hot stone massage. She didn't ask me if the stones were okay temperature she just placed them on my back and when she took it off it was a little too close to my head for my preference. I think a little more communication would go along way. Also my feet and parts of my body weren't covered the whole time so I was a tad cold especially when the oil was on my body. It was my first time here today and I had a pleasant experience. I don't often get a massage so I had quite a few questions and the receptionist was gladly answering my questions. She was very approachable and welcoming. I just did a walk-in and only waited 10 mins to get served. My masseur did a great job. I came in with a back pain from taking care of my two little ones. The massage gave me so much relief, especially with the hot stones. I didn't know what to expect since it was my first time trying the hot stones in particular. It was one of the questions I had for the receptionist and I'm glad she was able to convince me to try it. It was something I didn't think I needed especially with the back pain that I was experiencing. It took me just a few seconds to get used to the heat directly on my skin but as soon as I got used to it, the experience got so much better especially on the shoulders! The hot stones definitely helped a lot with getting rid of the back pain. So glad I got to try it!!! I'm so glad this place is only about 3 miles away from home.
