11/18/24 Walls are thin, PLEASE speak softly Sssshhhh! I am so way overdue for one! There really should be a self care time & I seem to just take it for granted. Thankfully, my auntie likes going & prefers to go with either her sisters or friends. This time, it's her late birthday present for me (yes very late, we couldn't align our schedules).. Auntie booked it & we were running late but thankfully there was no penalty for it. Although the rooms are separated by walls, the ceiling is open so sound travels. You can hear the conversations. There's soft music & dim lighting. The environment is calming except for the customers who can't manage to whisper. The place is clean. There was a bit of language barrier between my aunt & the person who was at the front desk (my masseuse, Cindy). The prices were listed & the services are self explanatory but there some misunderstanding as to what it really entailed. Mine was simple: whole body massage for an hour, $50, it was decent. Cindy seemed to know how much pressure to apply & inquired if I am doing ok. Hot stone is included. This business is on the second floor of the building where Fresh Catch is located. FYI, 2% charge for cards. I was having a challenging time in rating this place & went with 4 stars versus 3.5. Cindy did seem to do her best but it really could use a little bit more finesse.I say A (-) for effort. read more

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the minute I walked in I already felt relaxed. I asked for a 90 minute deep massage, enjoyed the medium deep massage. Lulu was professional, her hands were magic. I walked in with a heaviness in my body and walked feeling a wonderful Lightness. The quality of her work was a "10", she helped heal me of my stiffness. I've been coming here for almost a year now and have never had any problems with my service. I've always tipped 20% because it was a great massage and worth the price. The last time I came I brought a friend for their birthday and the massage was not what I was used to it was very hard even when I asked for softer and so did my friend. When we were leaving I decided to leave a 10% tip and the lady argued with me to leave more. I told her the service was not the same as usual and she continued to argue with me so I left 20% and chalked it up to a bad day. I went again today and it was the same lady. I asked for a regular massage rather than the usual deep tissue massage. She did the massage so lazy and barely put any pressure at all. It felt very rushed and barely like a massage at all. This time I decided not to tip because I was unhappy with the service. She followed me out the door and was arguing with me to leave her a tip after she gave me a half assed service (excuse my language). I have been getting deep tissue and Thai massages for a very long time. I usually have to drive out to Orange County to receive a massage that truly relaxes me. I prefer strong pressure and a smooth, relaxing flow. Since discovering this place over a year ago, I have been visiting almost every other week and have been satisfied 95% of the time. I am grateful to have found a convenient location that allows me to come often. The pressure is perfect, and the techniques and flow are very skilled. It is an excellent deal. When my main masseuse is unavailable, I request their male masseuse (there's only one I usually see), and even then, he is very professional and pleasant. The place is located in the Fresh Catch parking lot and up the stairs. My friend and I went there on a Saturday evening. I called to let them know we would get there in an hour. When we arrived, they took us right in. They take payment up front and charge 2% for credit card. You can add a tip to your cc slip after the massage. We both got the 60 mins deep tissue massage for $65. The massage therapist started with a massage over the sheet then used warm massage oil. She placed hot stones while she worked on arms and legs. She had great pressure and got the knots out of my back and shoulders. The walls were thin, but no big deal. I will definitely return. read more

Nowadays massages are very expensive, but this place is amazing. Located on the 2nd floor has a great massage place. I chose $65 for 60 min for deep tissue massage. I have upper and lower back chronic pain and Cindy did miracles. She pinpoint the knots and problem areas I have on my back. It even comes with hot stone massage and a frontal massage. She was kind and respectful to ask my temperature tolerance level with the hot stone & the amount of pressure applied. I will be going back. They are humble and honest here & they don't disappoint. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! I'm used to getting deep tissue massages and I decided to come here based off of the reviews. It is not a deep tissue massages. She basically just rubbed me the whole time. I still felt tension and knots on my back. I also tipped but they had the audacity to ask for MORE tip at the end. The lady in the front said, "Oh only that much for a 60 minute massage". This place is filthy dirty. They make you tip more if they don't like what they get. They wouldn't let us leave until we tipped them 24%

We called at 655 to confirm an 8pm appointment (I actually called at 612 and no one picked up the phone) so I had my wife call. We got there at 755 they said wait 5 minutes. Two high guys smelling like weed came in and they asked for a massage. They came in at 813. They said they called 5 minutes ago. Then they said 8 minutes. Then they said 12 minutes. And I said we called over an hour ago.... She confirmed the telephone numbers and claimed we didn't say if we were coming which was a lie... I was there when my wife confirmed over the phone on speaker. I rarely give bad reviews - don't waste peoples time. That's what appointments are for. They didn't even offer a discount which another place did for overbooking and had us wait 20min. I also want to add. Right before these guys came in. There was a male worker there cleaning the fish tank. Someone must have messed with his fish because he slammed his cleaning instrument and threw a fit. The lady that dismissed our appointment came out and was asking what happened to the guy. They guy just slammed whatever else he had in his hand and it hit the wall and made some of their candy on the floor which she just picked up and put back in the tray. There shouldn't be any violence at a relaxing spa. And yes we were just there on just on Wednesday less than a 4 days ago - so we've been there before where they had us wait longer than our appointment time. Heard about this place and came for it because it's a good price! We paid $70 for a 90-min full body massage. Anything under $1/min is on the cheaper side of massages! The massage was GREAT. My husband likes his massages really hard (like the painful kinds), and the masseuse came through. He said it's one of the best (if not the best) massages he's gotten. The lady at the front desk is extra friendly! One thing I didn't like is that the rooms are not fully closed off. There are doors, but the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling, so you get some extra noise. Thankfully there wasn't any other customers when we came for the massage, but we were able to hear all the noise when the customers were coming in for their appointment towards the end of our massages. read more

Came here after asking a friend. I somehow managed to get a rib out of place which was causing SEVERE pain. I had Luna as my therapist and boy did she work wonders! I can't do deep tissue massage, she gave just the right amount of pressure. Eventually I heard a big pop in my back. What a relief! I followed up the next day with my chiropractor. My rib was in but my back inflamed from days of pain and discomfort. He popped the left rib in and made other adjustments. I will return as I finally found someone who can work on me with me walking out in pain. I can actually enjoy a massage for once. This place is also clean. And by the way, this is a legit place. The WORST experience ever. I went there late so the lady told me I can only do 45 minutes session of full body massage. So I paid $45 for the massage and the person who massaged me didn't know what she supposed to do. She put oil all over my body and put a cover sheet on top and started to massage me instead of massaging on top of the oil. If she is going to put a cover sheet then what's the point of putting oil before that? Throughout the whole session, she was rubbing the same spot over and over and that was it. I usually pay $20 tip after the session but I ended up paying $5 because I didn't want to make her feel bad. I regret paying $45. Waste of time and money. Never coming back here. read more

I do not recommend this place, I came here and received a deep tissue massage I paid 65 dollars and the knots in my back are still there. After my massage the lady who did my massage asked me for a tip, I am a young broke college student that needed the knots worked out of my back.The lady kept pressuring me to give her a tip and when I said no and saw she was going to keep asking me, I walked out the door. When you first go there they have you pay upfront before you even get a massage let me just make this clear I am in the same field a tip is not a requirement. I'm going to give you a tip which is extra money based off of the work that you give me did you listen to the Nin did you listen to what I wanted what is the pressure good overall my massage was just OK so therefore I didn't feel like I needed to give extra when my experience was ok. The extra 30 minutes that I paid for was unnecessary because she didn't even really want to work on my feet which is why I didn't tip her. Absolute worst massage i have ever gotten. Putting pressure on random spots of the body does not equal a massage. Horrible 0/10 experience. Genuinely the only massage i have ever had where my neck started hurting DURING the middle of it. Random pats and slaps confirmed that this lady had absolutely no clue what she was doing. Table was uncomfortable as fuck made my head hurt. Again; to me it just seemed obvious that this woman knew nothing about the actual anatomical points of the human body. Also there was zero precision. She massaged my left arm in one way, and then did my right arm completely differently. I understand that stretching is incorporated into some massages, but yanking my fucking leg abruptly, no. And to top it all off, there was the lovely ambiance of an old man (another worker) sniffling and coughing in the backroom the entire time. And then, they have the nerve to be pressing me for a tip, getting an attitude when i told them it was bad. "Its only massage!" Yeah no shit. It was bad. Nope, that was already 52 dollars i will never get back. Never again shall i come back to this place. This place was a "not bad, but not good" type of place. I went on Christmas Day probably close to closing time with my girlfriend.. the ambiance was not amazing but I knew that going in and was okay with that because I was just hoping for a quality massage. I wish I got the name of the masseuses because one of them kept talking to her coworker and answered a call during the massage. I am usually easy to please with massages, but have some courtesy to not talk for an hour because people come to relax.
