I got my massage here for the first time. I have my go to massage place but it's sooo expensive I had to look else where! The massage and hot stones was nice. I wish they would play more peaceful music (the one they have fades in and out) they have good live relaxing music on YouTube. When it came to tip, the front desk person begged me to tip better. I was being stubborn and said no but then I felt bad because of covid impacting businesses. I don't believe in tipping major companies because it should be the companies job to provide a living wage for their employees or their employees need to hop on that young indeed.come and find another job. This was my first massage experience. The massage itself was okay. They did not introduce themselves when coming in the room, and already being facedown you have no clue who is doing the massage. They left once to get warm towels without saying anything, I thought the massage was over. Once it was actually over I got dressed and placed the tip on the table. There is a sign of suggested tips with smiley faces on the wall which I thought was odd too. Walked out into the lobby where I was questioned about tipping, I said I didn't know who did the massage so I just left it in the room (again first experience so I had no clue what to do with it). With obvious attitude from them about the tip, we left and they went to the room. In the parking lot getting into our cars we were chased down by them stating it wasn't there and that we needed to come back in to help them look for it. My friend who does not like conflict pulled out another $20 to give them just so we could be left alone and leave. Disappointed with the experience, also coming from the "service industry" I could never imagine chasing someone down for a tip. That being said, I will not return there if I chose to get another massage. I think customer service goes a long way and that was not good customer service and was very unprofessional. **edited in response to owners response: To say still that it was "maybe my misunderstanding or I forgot to leave a tip" says a lot. I scheduled for a 60 min deep tissue massage for me and my husband. The massage was so rough and painful. The sheet they put over my upper back caught my hair during the massage and on multiple occasions had my hair pulled. I've had other deep tissue massages at many other places and never felt this painful before. We are both extremely sore from the massage and feel like I've been hit with a truck. The hot towel they put at the end of the massage was also too hot. It felt like it was going to burn my skin. They didn't ask if there are any specific tight spot to target during the massage either. However, they require payment upfront prior to the massage. They also list the amount of tip that should be given. I've seen the "tipping chart" at several massage places. I had my first massage here. I get very bad knots from stress and need a good deep tissue massage from time to time. My masseuse was very attentive to my needs. I explained that I had a lot of upper back, neck and shoulder pain, so he concentrated on those areas. He really took time to work out my plethora of knots. I left feeling very relaxed and far more mobile. My only complaint is the amount of noise. Thus the four stars. The room is private, but you can hear every little noise, including the person next to you getting their massage. I will still come back here as it was a quality visit. read more

This is a great low cost massage place. If you're looking for a legit massage, come here. If you haven't had a Chinese? style full body deep tissue massage before, the therapist climbs on top of your back and uses her knees to massage your lower back. She was basically doing stair climbers, but it felt so good! I had tight, achy lower back muscles going in. Afterwards, me back felt relaxed and absolutely no pain. Definitely go back if I'm in the area again. As a side note, I'm guessing that the therapists make most of their money through tips as there are signs inside with suggested tip amounts that are pretty high as a percentage compared to the actual cost of a massage. For example, 1 hr deep tissue was $40 I believe. A 1 happy face rated massage, suggested tip is $10 = 25% tip and it goes higher from there. Honestly, I feel like they should just charge more for the massage and pay their therapists more instead because no one likes being told how much to tip!!! read more
