I had surgery about 8 months ago. And was ready to get my first massage in such a long time. Found this place via Yelp and decided to call the night before to schedule in. They were able to fit me in next day. Sophia was my masseuse . Did the hour combo + foot scrub and hot stone added ( $55 cash ) . I was in heaven. Sophia skills made me not only fall in and out of sleep, I think I might've drooled a bit.. LOL the added foot scrub is such a nice offer! Not a lot of places do. So happy! Happy feet = happy life . Came home and knocked out from 5pm to the next morning!! The only thing I would say is .. even though their rooms r individual with doors, the ceilings aren't closed off so you do end up hearing everything. I feel so relaxed after my massage with Amy. I am a dental hygienist and get a lot of tension and knots near my upper back and neck. Amy is very professional and knew how to assess my problem areas and spend more time there. Before I came in I couldnt sleep for the last week because of the pain I was having that kept waking me up. I also couldnt lift my arms above my head. After the massage I was able to lift my arms up with extreme ease. The price is worth every penny and more. $30 Combo Foot & Body Massage I felt like getting a relaxing massage at 9 PM at night before I went home. I got a private room not like some Asian massage places you need to pay extra for a private room. This place you need to take off everything except your underwear. The man masseuse really did a good job with the amount of pressure I liked during the whole massage I felt really relaxed. I just rested my eyes not really sleep during the massage. It was my first time here so you never know if you get a good masseuse or not. This place was very clean with relaxing music. I came here for massage with Tang he was awful with no sense of technique and he started doing soft when I asked him to do harder he got out 5 min talking and making fun of me wanted him to work my pain harder and got very sloppy with massage and try talk with him but he don't seem understand English not enjoyable and relax just kind of all over the place and from my stiff neck to my lower back in so much pain for 4 hours in the car from Vegas to Long Beach he did a very awful job not coming back but Jake have Julie and she did a very good job by Tang he was awful very awful not coming back not enjoyable and relax AWFUL.. read more

The receptionist did not give the correct change back when I paid for my massage. After my massage, I tipped my masseuse and she blew up on me and damanded I tip her more. She claimed that she did a really great job and deserved a fat tip. She did an okay job. After pressuring me to tip more, she told me "don't come back to see me again." Came here with a significant other for a couple's massage and did not actually receive a couple's massage but two individual massages occurring at the same time in different rooms. It was not clarified to us by the receptionist. Pros: - they were able to book us for a same day appointment. - We got a cookie, candy, and water right after the massage. - for the most part, the deep tissue massage was truly a deep tissue massage. Cons: - they forced my significant other to leave a Yelp review prior to us leaving. And took a photo of his review. Not sure why that is? But seems kinda shady... - my masseuse touched me in places that I was not comfortable with. I have been to multiple massage places and never have I felt this uncomfortable. She massaged my inner thighs and the side of my breasts. In addition, at one point, she straddled my shoulder. Maybe it's just her technique, but it was not my cup of tea. Overall, the experience was enlightening and I would caution people about the high ratings due to possible coercion. read more

This was my first massage experience. The massage itself was okay. They did not introduce themselves when coming in the room, and already being facedown you have no clue who is doing the massage. They left once to get warm towels without saying anything, I thought the massage was over. Once it was actually over I got dressed and placed the tip on the table. There is a sign of suggested tips with smiley faces on the wall which I thought was odd too. Walked out into the lobby where I was questioned about tipping, I said I didn't know who did the massage so I just left it in the room (again first experience so I had no clue what to do with it). With obvious attitude from them about the tip, we left and they went to the room. In the parking lot getting into our cars we were chased down by them stating it wasn't there and that we needed to come back in to help them look for it. My friend who does not like conflict pulled out another $20 to give them just so we could be left alone and leave. Disappointed with the experience, also coming from the "service industry" I could never imagine chasing someone down for a tip. That being said, I will not return there if I chose to get another massage. I think customer service goes a long way and that was not good customer service and was very unprofessional. **edited in response to owners response: To say still that it was "maybe my misunderstanding or I forgot to leave a tip" says a lot. The massage was pretty good, but it got really awkward when we decided to tip. My girlfriend gave them enough money to tip 20% for each therapist. They asked if that was the amount we wanted to pay per person instead. They said 20% isn't a good tip and we should pay more. We upped it to 25% and they rolled their eyes at us on our way out. I scheduled for a 60 min deep tissue massage for me and my husband. The massage was so rough and painful. The sheet they put over my upper back caught my hair during the massage and on multiple occasions had my hair pulled. I've had other deep tissue massages at many other places and never felt this painful before. We are both extremely sore from the massage and feel like I've been hit with a truck. The hot towel they put at the end of the massage was also too hot. It felt like it was going to burn my skin. They didn't ask if there are any specific tight spot to target during the massage either. I will not recommend this place 1 the massage was really bad lady gave me a deep tissue massage when I asked for the regular and the lady wasted a lot of time getting hot towels and hot stones which used up a lot of my 60mins. OVERALL RATING: 4.5 / 5 Friendly staff, clean facilities, and individual rooms. My masseuse, Lucy, was very thorough and considerate. I'd say her skill level was as good as a spa level massage. My session was so enjoyable and relaxing, I felt that we had to have surpassed the hour mark. Come to my surprise, we still were within the hour. They were kind enough to squeeze me in at the end of their day (Friday night). Was worried that the masseuse may be tired or lacking if I were the last client, but that definitely wasn't the case at all. She was very committed and strong, which I prefer for my massages! I'd say I'd rate it a 4.5 because there is always room for improvement. The face cushion (or it's area) had a distinct smell to it, not a bad smell, but just a smell. There seemed to have been the cushion, a blanket/towel, then a clean paper towel for me to lay my face on. I would suggest to spray or use some kind of essential oil for that area since you're laying face down the majority of the time and is your first contact area when initiating the session. I forgot about the smell though as the time passed. This may be a spa-like request, but I would've enjoyed the option of warmed massage oils/lotions. Theirs were room temp and was ok overall, but I feel the warmer temperature would've made for an even better experience. I'd probably pay extra for that if it were an option. Lastly, not sure if it was bc I was one of the last customers, but I was in the first room to the right so I heard the noiseyness of the front lobby, phones, and people walking up and down the hall, which is expected. It was more disrupting to hear people talking outside of my room. I know other places have signs up, but might be helpful to remind the other clients to keep their voices low or whisper as well. Regardless of my constructive criticisms, I'll definitely be back and gladly refer friends/family to come with me! Thank you for a great first experience. read more

I got my massage here for the first time. I have my go to massage place but it's sooo expensive I had to look else where! The massage and hot stones was nice. I wish they would play more peaceful music (the one they have fades in and out) they have good live relaxing music on YouTube. When it came to tip, the front desk person begged me to tip better. I was being stubborn and said no but then I felt bad because of covid impacting businesses. I don't believe in tipping major companies because it should be the companies job to provide a living wage for their employees or their employees need to hop on that young indeed.come and find another job.
