My wife and I have gone here for more than 5 years. We always buy 5-packs and generally pay extra for 90 minutes. I say this for context; we have a lot of experience at Queens. After several really poor sessions, we booked 90 minutes each a few weeks ago, and they were the worst. Inappropriate draping, no flow, lots of poking, no structure, just bad massage. We call in on the way home and are promised two hour-long massages. We head in today but told only one was covered. Disaster. Tried really hard to convey reality but interrupted multiple times. Avoid this place. Too hard to guarantee a good massage and too hard to point out where they fall short. AVOID, sadly they have declined and have no understanding of listening to long-time customers. read more

Know before you go: they expect AT LEAST $10 tip for 1 hour massage and they don't carry small bills. Because, and I quote, "10 percent really isn't enough tip for our services." For the most part, I agree. At the same time, tipping should be voluntary and not a demand. The tale began as I went in for 30-minute for $30 foot massage which turned out to be more of shoulder and neck, plus a little scalp and foot action. More like a full body with clothes on. It was not the best I ever had, and not really what I wanted, but it was pretty good. What gets me if how they force you to tip. My guy chuckled when I handed him $3 for tip. The receptionist proceeded to tell me tipping is NOT 10%. There was no sign before you go in about tipping, but suddenly, here it was. If you're happy, you tip $10...or more. Both of them just stared at me after I was so confused about it all. So I said fine, break my $20. She gave me 2 $10s, claiming she has no small bills. Obviously, I was already made a sucker, so I handed him the $10 and walked out. And I do not intend to return. Look, I understand a spa this ain't. I seriously wouldn't mind paying more or know about the tipping expectation ahead of time. If they want to charge me $40 for 30 minutes instead of $30, and let me tip however I want, I'd have ZERO complaint. If you know before you go, you'd have a good experience. I did not and that's my fault for wanting to believe in this place everyone else seems to like so much. But I don't appreciate being forced to tip. Never coming back here again. read more

Lucy and Kristin are Amazing! I've never had a better massage. Lucy's pressure is so deep, I asked her to go a little softer and she lightened it PERFECTLY. Kristin did my feet and oh m g. She was so good. I told her I had a cut on my toe and she did a great job avoiding it. I told her there were two spots she touched that felt amazing, and so she gave those spots extra attention. Lucy was great making sure the pressure was good and that I was comfortable. She didn't over oil me, she didn't over stretch me, and she had a great process. My issue has nothing to do with the staff- but for those of your going in...be courteous of your surrounding neighbors. Whisper. Don't talk normally, don't talk loudly. Whisper. THEE BEST massage I've ever had - $45 for a FULL BODY 1 hour massage with hot stones included. My massage therapist was firm but worked delicately, and I never felt rushed. During the massage, she always asked if the pressure needed adjusting. She was amazing! The hot stones made all the difference and I could feel my stress literally melting away. NOTE - If you get an hour long massage APPROPRIATE TIP IS $20 (at least) no matter what the price of the massage!!!! I paid $65 in total WHICH IS A STEAL. This review is solely based on the front desk lady. Soon as I walked in I wasn't greeted just asked what massage I opted for 40 minute massage. The lady who did my massage was great and nice but I will not come back here I was forced to pay up front and charged a dollar to use my credit card also she kept asking me if I used Venmo to leave tip I don't use Venmo and she got a attitude and didn't thank me for my business: this place would be great if they didn't pressure customers for tips and and pay before you try service. Also it's extremely loud with open ceilings and they keep the door open so you can hear all the street traffic. Definitely will go back to my original massage place in Cypress. The receptionist which is probably the owner needs to take customer service classes and not pressure people to tip. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else read more

My deep tissue massage was pretty good except the entire time the lady kept saying is this too hard? Tell me if it's too hard because most women don't like hard massages. I had to repeat yes it's fine multiple times. I never asked her to go firmer when at times I wanted to given she was already complaining. She did spent over 10 min walking on my back Which I assume isn't as strenuous as kneading into someone's muscles. And then in the last 15 minutes of my massage she talked about how tired I was making her because I liked such a firm massage as her effort started to dwindle. I paid extra for a deep tissue massage didn't I?! Then when I gave her a $13 tip for a 60 minute massage which was more than I wanted since I was annoyed at how she didn't allow me to relax with her questioning but she demanded more tip because it was a deep tissue massage. I had a couple extra bucks so I gave her $15 knowing things are just reopening and all but she still said that wasn't enough and that people normally give her $20. Instead of saying bye - she gave a deep sigh and sell "wow you made me tired." Wtf never going back! read more

I have never had any issues before but today just didn't do it. I had asked for deep tissue and told the masseuse to let up on the pressure to which she did not. She was very rough and hardly used any oil. Plus after coming here for awhile, I can tell by the hands of they are soft or not which too me determines if they have been doing this for a while or not. The woman I had, had rough hands like a guy would! Even the guys that have worked on my back there before even has softer hands. I am more sore now before I had the massage and can't walk normally.
