They still welcome walk-ins but prefer reservations to maintain social distancing. Additionally, each Mani and Pedi station has a plexiglass shield and they make clients skip a seat. The technicians wear a face mask, gloves and face shield. My technician Emmy was super nice and took her time doing my Mani and Pedi. I am extremely pleased with the service here. I highly recommend this salon for the picky client.

Another staff member behind the desk finally convinced him to call the owner and confirm that the promotion was something they were running. He then applied the discount while continuing to grumble and act as if we were a bother. We paid partial cash and he then made a snide remark about making sure I knew to tip off the whole service rather than just the amount I was putting on my card. I never in my 15+ years of getting my nails done have ever been spoken to in that way. I get we all have bad days but his attitude alone ruined our experience.

They then asked me to take my hair out of my clip and allow the free technician to examine my hair and decide if she would take me. The service itself was very thorough. Lillian was my technician, I will say my scalp and ears feel very clean even though I don't feel like the service was very relaxing at all. After my shampoo, they took me to the salon chair and she was completely lost on what to do. I showed her how to use the mousse and she attempted to style my hair but did very poorly.
