I cannot believe how amazing my acrylics turned out. These are the best acrylics I've ever had. I'm not sure what lady did my nails but she was very nice and payed great attention to detail. She did exactly what I wanted, but better than i imagined! The salon was nice and they sterilize all the tools between uses. They have little containers of sterilizing liquid on each highly recommend going here if you have a hard time finding a place to get good acrylics.

I have been living in Nebraska and have yet to find a nail salon that does a decent job....until I FOUND QUEEN NAIL!!!!! Words are not enough to say how AMAZING their staff are! They REMEMBER you and have great customer service. Queen Nail offers a variety of specialty tips, color changing (YES, I SAID COLOR CHANGING) polish, and can even do 3D nail designs! The place is small and can get VERY busy so make an appointment ahead of time. Their willingness to make sure you are happy with the design you want on your nails makes all the difference. My daughter and I had Mani pedis. we were walk ins without an appointment. it was a wonderful experience. they were so nice, took their time, and did amazing work. Super happy with the quality of not only my nails but the whole pedicure itself. I decided I needed a pedicure last minute, walked in and was started right away. Yes the male there is rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. The work is ok, not bad but expensive. Always jacking up prices for every little thing that you used to get included in whatever treatment you get. Know many people who don't go there anymore because of those reasons. Go somewhere else and be treated with respect and not a dollar sign $. read more

Very reasonably priced and good customer service. I noticed that they didn't use liners in the pedicure chairs and the manicure tools she used on me weren't in a separate sanitizer bag so I'm slightly concerned about how sanitary everything is. This place was wonderful. Fast, great service, best hand massage I've had. Extremely friendly and they won't turn you away. Not a super "frilly" atmosphere but cozy and warm and they are very good at everything they do!!! I'm from out of town...I'd come back here if I return to Lincoln to visit! read more

Got a fill here and will never go back. The length and shape do not match and the acrylic was put on so thin that all my nails are breaking. They charged me $38 for a fill and three of my nails cracked within two days of getting them done. Went back to get them fixed and they charged me $9. Since then, two nails have broken. Don't waste your money here. read more

This place is incredible!! I flew in from Texas and they treated me so well! I did the mani/pedi and they had the girls do it at the same time. They also did a massage with my SNS dip manicure. (It's so rare to find that, typically I've been charged $40 at other places and that doesn't include any massage) read more

I've been here 3 times and each time has been excellent. They massage chairs and the attention they provide is excellent. I took my mother in there, whom had never had a pedicure, and they gave her star treatment. They offer water to guests and they offer other great services. I don't get pedicures often, but when I want one, I'll go back to Queen nails. read more

My experience with Queen Nail has been nothing short of fantastic. The salon is clean, professional, and always does a stellar job. I usually go to Kim, who is so kind, but all of their technicians are great. Their prices are fairly typical for most salon services. Would highly reccomend visiting their salon! read more

They never make you wait very long, and when you start with one nail tech you keep that same tech the entire time. They always tell you ahead of time the price for what you are asking for instead of waiting until you pay to surprise you with added costs. They are very thorough, and the entire experience is so relaxing from the beginning to the end. It is well worth the cost. The biggest pro for this place is they're cheap but it shows because their gel polish will peel after a couple days. Also, the man who owns the place is incredibly rude and honestly scary. My first time going I witnessed him be very rude to a woman who was 5 mins late to her appointment and made her reschedule. Ironically, my second time going there, they were running late and opened the store 15 minutes after my appointment time. I gave them a second chance after my first time going to see if the gel would last longer but it lasted even a shorter period of time. I won't be returning for a third time. read more

I have been going to Queen Nails for years - and I highly recommend this business! Harris and Lee run a quality, clean and professional business. I love that they get me in quickly, are reasonably priced - and best of all - my nails are always done to perfection!! The pedicure chairs are AWESOME - after a long day at work - pamper yourself with a manicure and pedicure - and get a massage at the same time!! Ive been going to Queen Nails since i was 16 years old. Lee would do my mothers nails and knew a lot about her before she passed away. Everytime i come to get my nails done Lee makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. All of the nails techs take their time with your nails and take the time to help you pick designs and colors if your unsure. Not only are they attentive but the shop is very clean. The nail techs actually care about you and the way your nails look. They remember what styles and colors you prefer, which is important to me. I have been coming to see Lee at Queen Nails for years. She does a wonderful job and always explains everything she does or services she offers. What amazes me most is how great she is at remembering her customers! I swear the salon is always hopping and she always makes sure to say hi. I have to say there is no better place to get your nails done and get a pedicure. Everyone there is very friendly and there customer service is the best. I used to live in York, NE and would drive to Lincoln just to go to Queen Nail. I will never go anywhere else. I can call and make an appointment with my favorite lady Lea. Wow, SO impressed with this nail salon. They were able to get me in right away with no appointment and exceeded my expectations. I brought in a picture of the acrylic nail shape and color that I wanted, and they were able to find the exact shade of Polish I asked for within seconds. The best part is a full set of acrylics was ONLY $20. I went in there expecting to pay at least $40. Great quality, amazing skill, and GREAT price. I will definitely be back. read more

These ladies are VERY thorough and will have your nails looking exactly how you want them. I came from Texas to visit a friend up here and was very pleased to see they do just as good a job as my favorite salon back home. They're very good at giving you estimates for the prices on what you're getting done and very friendly service. Would definitely see them again next time I come up. read more

I love Queen Nails. The only shop in Lincoln that I trust to do my nails. My boss recommended them to me about a year ago and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I always have a wonderful experience there and leave with a great, quality set of nails. Everyone that works there is fantastic. I've been going here for about 4 years. I only get pedicures and shellac on my real nails, but I've never had a problem. I get different nail techs every time and they're all really good! My daughter and I stopped on here after reading the favorable reviews on Yelp. We were not disappointed! We chose the most basic from the list of pedicures. I can't imagine what more could have been included it the others, as our "basic" contained hot towels, sugar scrub, massage etc! The ladies were wonderful! read more

I've been going to this salon for about 7 years now and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They're constantly updating their products, massage chairs and nail colors (over 100 shellac options). Very friendly and clean atmosphere. The staff is always more than happy to make sure you leave loving your nails. read more

Lovely service, lovely people. Don't be fooled by shady strip mall parking lot. Queen nail employees treat you like royalty and do a damn good job of making your fingers and toes twinkle. Well-priced, friendly, not overbearing. Ask for Lee, she'll give you refreshments for free ! read more

This little salon took AMAZING care of me. I spent roughly 2.5 hours there and got a relaxing pedicure and a gorgeous manicure. I did powdered dip and the lady took her time and did them RIGHT! My nails look incredible. Thank you!!!! I will be back for sure! read more
