Well, that no longer works and they haven't been working for two years. So please don't make your reservations with that. That said, they have a lot of parking lots available outside the nail spa. They have a variety of nail colours, and the styles available. They have two rows set up with massage chairs for pedicures and one side for manicures. They were super gentle. The short of it is this: customers want to feel heard and valued--especially when we're paying premium prices, where strong customer service and genuine appreciation should be standard. Unfortunately, this new management does not reflect those expectations. The long of it is this: I had consistently positive experiences with the previous manager and always looked forward to my appointments. Unfortunately, my visit under the new management was disappointing. The manager arrived late to my scheduled appointment, and communication was more difficult than it had been in the past. The interaction also felt somewhat curt and not very welcoming. I did not feel that my input was valued when discussing what I wanted for my nails. Most concerning, the final result did not meet expectations. It was only after my nails were completed that I was informed the technician was not very experienced with the specific product I had requested. That information would have been important to know upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, I left feeling overcharged and misled. I believe a salon manager should have a strong level of expertise across nail styles and techniques, or at minimum be transparent about their skill level before beginning the service. I also observed what appeared to be a disorganized approach to managing appointments. At no point during my visit did I see the manager reference or use an appointment book, which raises concern about how appointments are being tracked and honored. One of the things I previously appreciated about this salon was its organization and respect for scheduled time. I would hate to see it shift into the kind of place where appointments no longer feel reliable--where clients are left waiting, only to then receive a less-than-quality experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I truly valued this salon under its previous ownership.

The length was much shorter than I wanted, and the French tips were uneven and sloppy. I called afterward and spoke to another lady who told me I could come back for a free fix. When I returned, the staff rushed through the entire set, leaving acrylic underneath my nails, and overall they still looked terrible. I even offered to come back the next day so they could take more time fixing them, but the lady told me no. For the amount of money I'm paying as a high school student, I expected much better quality and service. I think the salon either needs to hire better nail techs or lower their prices to match the quality they provide.

My young adult daughter was with me and saw the whole thing first hand. She was very upset for me. When I came back from the bathroom I was of course embarrassed. I could tell everyone was looking at me and had been taking about me . I sat back down and my daughter wanted to leave. Apparently it was worse than I imagined. I didn't want to leave as I still had wet legs and wanted to get the service finished. I planned to say something when I paid. Of course, I had a stomachache again and I told them I wanted to pay and stop the service at that point. The manager seemed confused and I told her it was because I couldn't use their restroom without being made fun of. The manager acted like nobody laughed and made fun of me. She said, I didn't do that. My daughter said oh yes you did. You all laughed at her and humiliated her. This was all in front of the whole salon. Then, I stated my medical condition and repeated that I needed to pay as I was feeling sick and needed to leave. They charged me $35 instead of $42. I feel like they should have discounted more but it is what it is. I was treated so rudely and nobody apologized or acknowledged any wrong doing. I will never go there again. It shouldn't matter why someone has to use the restroom. In a service industry a more professional experience is to be expected. I don't regularly get pedicures and this was something I was doing for a special occasion so now I have to finish the job at home.

I like that I can book online and they take their time to do a full manicure before a fill. Other salons have just slapped on new nails and didn't take care of my cuticles or nails. They are very talented with designs. The booths are cozy and they always have something interesting playing on the TV which helps pass the time. My sets always last around 3 and a half weeks. They also have a 2 week fix period if you break a nail or something chips. 10/10
