I made an appointment for 2pm for a manicure dip. I arrived at 1:50 hoping they could get me in early. I wasn't aware of their check in process since this is the only time I've been there. The person at the cash register was doing stuff on his phone and after about 5 minutes he asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes, and he just pointed at the ipad by the door and d mumbled something. 2:15 rolls by and I know now that they can't do my nails in time for my next meeting. I tried to get someone's attention but no one responded so I left. Not. good experience for a first time customer. The rudeness was unnecessary. I won't waste my time with them again.... I was a walk in. The service was OK. I wasn't crazy about the nail tech. Hey English wasn't his first language and yet serious accent and I'm not good with accent anyway so it wasn't all his fault about that but I didn't understand anything. What are you saying which wasn't all that important on the first visit, but the second visit it was he kept wanting to put glitter for your nail polish on in it. I kept telling him no I didn't want it and he argued with me about it and I said no I just want the basic white tips that they just that's all I want and now I know why the purpose of this review there are white bubbles underneath my nails and I'm gonna call them about it after I get this review done. I might try them again, but not with the same guy I had. I've lost all trust in him. I feel like he kept asking for cash. He didn't want me to pay and Credit Card like all he would wear the only thing he seemed to get about was whether or not I had cash so anyway that's all I'm gonna write right now and I'm gonna talk to the salon maybe I'll post a review after everything settled with that.... I called and explained my complaint and they agreed with my complaint and gave me complete do over which was definitely needed and made a much needed improvement. This was a horrible experience on July 4 . The nail Tech was Joe.He could not stay off his phone and had an attitude from the very beginning. He constantly was sending messages or looking at his phone while doing my pedicure . I wanted to stop my service then but couldn't let myself get upset and ruin my holiday . I had my manicure done with dipped powder so you are supposed to soak off but he used a drill . He burnt me twice . Looked at me like it was my fault because I had to pull my hand back . Went in with my sister in law. Bees were flawless, done by Jenny! She was done in less than an hour. Mine took double the time and have jagged edges, a messed up designs and left dip powder all over my fingers that won't come off. I included 2 designs and mine were way more expensive than my sister's who got designs on EVERY nail. read more

i absolutely will never go back to these place again. i waited for over 3 hours and finally was told I would be next in line and they took 3 more people in front of me after insisting they all had appointments which was not correct. . It is so sad that the business was run in such an unprofessional way as they were letting all young girls back there . i understand they were busy but they could have just said they couldn't take anymore but instead kept cramming appointment and appointment in knowing the consequences I always try to be fair as my business deals with customer service and try to avoid the bad reviews but this experience was beyond necessary and could have been avoided if they really cared . Unfortunately , it was not a good experience and I will not go back or recommend to anyone. I went for my birthday weekend for a pedicure yesterday afternoon while in town. There was maybe a few words spoken to me the whole time I sat there and no friendly conversation. It felt very rough and rushed. I then woke up today with my big toe on my left foot swollen and puffy as I tried to put on my shoe, it was extremely sore and very red. The guy who did mine has clipped up the side of my toenail where it seems to be missing and is VERY tender. Now, I have what to be an infected toe and trying to figure out what to do about the infection. I don't know if the tools he used just weren't sanitized or all because of the carelessness of clipping way too much off the side which I didn't understand in the first place. I'm extremely disappointed! Again, I will not be back nor recommend anyone to go here for a pedicure and this type of service. read more

Throughout the years several different people have given me pedicures and manicures and I have ALWAYS been very happy with the service. For the last several years Tom have taken care of my nails and I swear that Julie is the reason that I can wear shoes and walk comfortably. I called to make an appointment this morning with the same nail tech "Joe" that I've seen for the last several month. I made the appointment for 6pm without any issue. I always show up early so I don't have him waiting on me to pick my color. I got a reminder on my phone at 4pm and confirmed again. I got there about 15 minutes early and at about 5 minutes before my scheduled time I'm told that he overbooked and can't see me. I ask to reschedule and they look at me funny. Joe had decided that he won't do my nails anymore because I had seen another tech due to him being booked and I had to get them done! He's the rudest most arrogant person I've ever met. When I spoke with the manager he said that this guy was difficult to work with so I'm sure they have to deal with his attitude and arrogance constantly! I told the manager that I hate it that one bad employee ruins the whole place. I've never in my life been made to feel so disrespected and I will never spend another penny at a company that will hire and keep an employee that discriminates and chooses who he will and will not see and is such a negative influence on the entire company!!!!!!!!!! I wish I knew who to contact to make a formal complaint on this employee and try to ensure that he cannot continue to treat people so horribly !! read more

Don't even bother. I had a basic ($48) mani/pedi here Friday night. The guy who did my nails might as well have just taken my money and slapped me upside the head. Results would have been the same. He spent NO TIME on anything. He aggressively ripped my cuticles off without getting them remotely soft. Put scrub on my legs rubbed up once then down once then washed it off. Seriously pitiful. I wanted clear on my fingers. He put on ONE coat. I asked what that was about and he said his top coat was too thick (aka OLD) for any more. It is now Sunday morning and my nails look worse than before he "did" them. Cuticles ripped up and polish gone. Going to post a photo so toucan see for yourself. This is my 2nd time going to Queen Nail Spa. The 1st time was great. The 2nd time I went for a fill in and a pedicure. The tech filed too close to my cuticles which made them bleed a little, he shaped my nails too pointy so I asked him to file them down a little. Same tech did my pedicure. He put the foot scrub on both legs on then only massaged 1 leg. He put shellac on my toes without asking. Once I got my receipt sent to my phone I got charged $15 for shellac on my nails and $20 for my toes which is ridiculous. I also got charged $5 for Re-shape. He should have left my nails the same shape. I do not recommend Danny at all. I don't think I will be returning. read more

My first visit to Queen's was six months before my wedding; I was looking for a place for my bridal party to get their nails painted. As expected, we made appointments and they got to us 45 minutes late. Not ok for what we had planned. Even though they ran late, it was a nice experience, very expensive, but nice. The second trip was a few days before my wedding. Thank GOD they were slow otherwise it would have been hours waiting! Third trip, and this is the kicker. But first, let me explain that I don't mind paying for quality, it's when I pay for quality and I don't get it; that's frustrating. So, yesterday my sister, niece and I went to get our nails done. I didn't want to go because of the price and wait time, but they said it was still the best place, so we went. We walked in on a Monday at 1145, and waited until 1230 and still hadn't been seen. So we made an appointment for 5:15. We left and came back at 5pm. Not one of us got a chair until 615. (Pedi&Mani) So, we finally get called back and he's working on my nails, everything's going great. Then came the painting. The design was simple, pain, stripes, and a heart. My niece got a pedicure and a full set: $63. My pedicure and "design" we're $58. The paint peeled off on my middle finger about three hours later. Not ok. Then the next morning, my thumbnail halfway peeled off. Talk about upset. Then what happened? I took a nap, woke up, and checked out my nails and the paint on my pinky peeled off. I am sorely displeased and quite frankly, $58 for paint-chipped nails and a shoddy job on the hearts. Seriously? I am not happy. I will get my nails done in Nashville before I come down to Paducah. The prices are not posted and they give you attitude for asking. You ask for services and they tell you "it's $5." You have to ask, per foot or total, because you come to understand that the price is $5 per foot. Why not say $10? That's a pet peeve. read more

A friend my mine and I went here ahead of her bridal shower. Not only were the prices way too high ($75 for a manicure with gel and pedicure) but the man who was doing mine KILLED my feet and fingers. I've had several pedicures done at other places and it's always been a very relaxing experience but I was in so much pain I couldn't even half way enjoy it. Plus it's only been four day, and the paint is already chipping / thinning out. My manicure wasn't any better. I did gel which is supposed to last at least three weeks and it's already chipping away in places. There's also dried blood in places around my nail bed where he cut my cuticles down too close. I took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time. Over the phone we were told $30 for acrylic nails but if you pick gel polish it goes up $15 wow. They spoke to each other and another worker constantly and in non-English. My moms guy kept looking at the clock and they were all talking about the clock. It was 3pm. Her guy skipped the leg scrub, mask and massage and just left. My guy rushed thru this part which made it pointless. We paid for two deluxe and we tipped both guys $5 each in cash.
