This is the third time I've been to this salon. If I have a negative experience at a salon, I give it 2 more try's to see if they can redeem my faith. This place honestly got worse EVERYTIME. The first time I went, I had Sierra, she was amazing. Great service, great nails, she did my nails in a timely fashion and she was kind. 10/10. Second time I had Amy I think? I forgot her name but she filed down my natural nails down way too much and they became super briddle. It hurt a lot and I had to guide her way too much regarding the shape. The nails looked good but the final result was not worth the cost, especially because she ruined the health of my natural nails. I tipped her $2. 3/10 This time was my final straw. I asked for rainbow nails and she apprehensively obliged. She put acrylic on a few of my nails because the last lady filed my natural nails down so much that 4 of my nails broke with powder on them after 2 weeks. Once she did my first pinky nail, I asked for a different shade of blue, as the shade I picked wasn't bright enough and didn't match the rainbow color palette. She said it's too late and she'd have to take the color she put on off. I was okay with that. She said it's too late and she wasn't willing to do that. I was the first person who came in, on a Tuesday at like 11:30am. Then every worker in the shop was talking in their native language for like 7 minutes straight and laughing. I wasn't satisfied with the final result at all. I still tipped $5 for the service because she did do a lot of work. So glad I found this place ! I was driving all the way to cross lanes to get my nails done until I ran into Queen nails & spa & I'm so thankful I did ! There staff is so nice & helpful ! The place is neat & clean ! And they ALWAYS go ABOVE & BEYOND ! They have sooo many colors to choose from & they all do an amazing job on nails ! The lady there talked me into getting my eye brows tinted and waxed which I have never trusted any one to do but this time I did and wow ! I didn't know how good it was going to turn out! This nail salon was recommended to me by a friend who gets her nails done there regularly. I called on a Friday and was able to make an appointment for the next day. When I arrived for my appointment, each of the three nail technicians was busy helping other customers, so I was told to choose a color (great selection to choose from!) and have a seat in one of the spa chairs used for pedicures. Even though I had requested a specific technician (Phoebe) when I made my appointment, I ended up getting the next available technician, and nobody ever said anything about me having asked for Phoebe to do my nails. So next time I would not call to make an appointment; I would just call ahead to confirm they weren't booked up for the day and then just go there. I don't think the technician who did my nails told me her name, but overall I am happy with the way the nails turned out. This is my first time having acrylics since high school prom 16 years ago, so they will definitely take some getting used to. But it appears that the acrylic is even and the nails are sealed well. There is one little bit of my left pinky that wasn't painted all the way, but it isn't really noticeable. I do wish there had been a hand massage/lotion treatment, which is part of the manicure services at my usual salon. The space was nice and bright, well decorated and looked pretty clean. The salon was easy to find and there was plenty of parking nearby on a Saturday afternoon. I would come back if I ever decided to do acrylics again. At $50 for the full set (no designs), for the quality it was a steal. read more

Got white tip acrylics done here and they're so bad. It's the most simple thing you can get. I got them done on Saturday the lady didn't paint half my nail so I asked for her to repaint it with the clear coat and she got upset with me acting like I was making it up when you could clearly see half my nail wasn't painted. Also my nails are legit peeling at the corners because they were sealed properly or shaped. I don't usually leave bad reviews but they weren't even busy when I was there. There was no reason these nails should be this bad. For $50 go somewhere that will do a better job. I've been getting my nails done for over 12 years and they have never looked this bad. read more
