I came here in a Monday a little after 5 and this place was hopping. I have a regular person I go to in brownsburg but did not make an appointment so my nails were a mess. I came to Queen Nail and was not acknowledged at all when I came in. So I signed in and sat down. I ended up waiting about an hour to get a gel manicure. Honestly I was just zoned out. They did excellent on my nails. The decor needs to be updated. It really gives a dirty feel because it is very late 90's. They are clean w everything the decor just made it feel old. THEYRE SUPER SLOW, RUDE, AND NOT GOOD. I went there for the first time, there were 4 ppl working and 4 customers. I waited 2 AND HALF HOURS, before they started on me. I did a pedi, then I wanted a full set. A lady started on my nails, when she added the tips I asked for a med/short nails with a coffin shape and she kept saying it won't work (when I know it does cause I've done it before) then she said just go sit on another table with him (another nail tech), I went and he said that he had to remove the tips she put on me because they're not the right size. He did the right shape but my nails already look like they need a refill when it's only been yesterday!!! read more

i do not recommend this nail salon i came in on Friday and had got white coloring , that Saturday they started to change into a dirty tan brown . They also used a cheap gel coat on my nails . I don't even know where to begin. I had a few hours to kill before a meeting, so I went to get my nails done here. Reviews seemed decent. Big mistake. I got there about 3:50 and was told "um...could be 20-30 minutes I don't really know other people are on their way to work". Okay fine, I had to soak my nails off anyways. 45 minutes of waiting. During those 45 minutes I got a good look of this disgusting place. Food, junk, bottles everywhere. It was an absolute mess. The nail tech next to me kept stopping to eat her food, okay fine. However, she would eat it straight off the wrapper..like lick the wrapper to eat it. They also had the TV blaring. It was so loud. I was appalled at everything I saw. My manicure wasn't even a manicure. They filed my nails. And they filed them crooked. I received nothing else. No lotion, no buffing, no cuticle anything. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I left the best part for last. One of the nail techs that arrived, came in, took her shoes off and walked around the entire time barefoot! That's gotta be some sort of health code violation. Let's face it, I am a nail salon ho. I have zero loyalty, its all about convenience and of course not being filthy. I stopped by QN on a Friday at 9:15. One tech and one pedicure customer. I need the same so she plopped me in the tub and I waited. And waited and waited. She was the only employee in the shop. A timeline when I arrive and ask for service would be courteous. like "OK, but will be 30 minutes" ,yes? About 10:05 two more staff members straggle in and after messing with their bags, rummaging about their stations and generally wandering around one of them started on my pedi about 10:20. Folks, I do not know if she was on medication or was just being thorough but it should not take 5 minutes to take the polish off one pinky toe. I AM NOT KIDDING About a third of the way through it was already 11:00 and I had an appointment I was going to be late for. I made her stop and check me out. Charged full price of course. I got a pedicure and a full set a little over a week ago and I was extremely satisfied with my nails. They were so cute! I loved them. I paid extra for gel polish/ and a soft white powder and I paid extra for gel on my toes as well. My boyfriend and I spent around $100, not including a tip, for my nails to turn brown within a week. I tried to call and ask if they could do something for me because I have NEVER had gel polish chip and turn a different color - the manager ended up hanging up on me. I went in the next morning and the manager told me it was because I was black and I could be doing something with my hair and it was maybe a "chemical reaction" with the polish. Like wtf?!? Gel is specifically known for lasting longer, looking shinier, and not chipping. I've been using gel nails for a long time and have never experienced this before. I am just so disappointed and dissatisfied with how they handle their business. I will not be going here again and I would just believe the ratings people are giving their salon. I give this place a 4. The place isn't very clean but so I would give them a 3 but the ladies are SO nice. I have a regular place but it is closed on Sundays and I broke a nail. (I know, so high maintenance). The ladies are very kind and speak pretty good English. They are a little rough but overall did a pretty good job with my repaired nails and color change for gel acrylic nails. read more

Where can I start!? From customer service to customer care this place is one for taking care of the customer. Very friendly family oriented staff that is there to take care the needs of the client. Ms. Lisa the owner goes above and beyond to accomidate. Although she is appt only, most of her clientel are long term clients. For my birthday due to my work schedule Ms. Lisa welcomed me to come see her at 9pm at night to do my nails and toes for my big party the next day. The time she took and care so that I can be "very pretty" for my birthday meant the world. She made some suggestions of polishes that would really pop for my party and vegas trip I was going on to follow and IT WAS A HIT. Although Ms. Lisa was done with work at 8pm that night she happily booked me to accomidate ME THE CLIENT. We were finished at 11pm at t night! THATS ABOVE AND BEYOND.... she not once complained! I know great customer service and great nails when I come across it. I have been a fan of Ms. Lisa nails and her sister Kim pedicures since 2004!! Although I have ventured to other business for these services I have made her my perminate home just because it hard to find great ppl with great service. You WILL find just that here at Queen Nails. FYI they do take walk ins as well. And will treat you as a valued client as they would a long time client. Lastly, the prices are totally reasonable.. here you wont find them nit picking with the services just to charge you a price. This is something Ive seen way too much. I arrive, am soaking my nails, choose a color, and then another customer walks in and the women tells me "oh sorry, I can't do your nails anymore. My customer just arrived." I tell her: "aren't I a customer?" She then tells me I'll have to wait 20 minutes for someone else to take me. Absolutely outrageous. NOT recomended. read more

The inside is very messy and unorganized. There is no room to sit and wait. Most of the employees were rude and short with us. Myself and two other people were getting pedicures. Jays water was really cold. She asked the people that worked there to add more hot water. He rudely yelled at her and then began to boil water. They were very rude when I came in and it wasn't that welcoming. Soon as they sat me down they asked me what I want and proceeded to do my nails. After barely even doing half my hand they demanded that I pay and of course I said no. Why would I pay if you haven't even finished the product? Even when she did my hue it had been poorly done and it wasn't seem-less. After she said she was done I noticed she didn't even shape my nail! When I brought it to her attention the manager came and roughly grabbed my hand telling me I had to tell her so that this didn't happen but u showed a whole pic of what I want. When she got done my nails were ok but I noticed the paint was bumpy and all on them. The lady had the nerve to be irritated with me when I was calm and just got up saying she's done. I had went here once when it was snowing and nobody else was there. The pedicure was good. I recently went back with a friend for a pedicure and it was terrible! My feet are not as smooth as they are after other shops pedis. I had to tell them over and over I wanted a French manicure when they kept demanding my color. Finally, after my toes were dry I look down and she didn't even bother to get off all of the red polish on the edges of my nails. So I have a French manicure with red edges. Oh, but she took off three dollars. Never go there. There are three other nail salons in speedway that make this place look like a joke. read more
