THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE NAIL REMOVAL!!! I asked why I was charged for the removal when that wasn't my intention and instead of honoring a loyal customer, Tom the owner argued and blamed me for the mold. Told me I got water under them/ it's because I've had them on for a month, A MONTH!!! I got them done 3 weeks ago and had to get a fill a week after I got them done. I've gotten my nails done my entire adult life and never had mold, ever. Sad to say I won't be back after years of patronage. I typically don't complain about things but it was the principle.

Erica was off, but Suzie worked me in with Caitlin right after work. Woo! Her shampoo was really good. Very relaxing. Felt amazing after a crazy long day at work. And there's just something about someone else washing your hair, amirite? The shampoo, like Tina said, smelled so good. I'm still sniffing my hair an hour later. Haha. She made small talk about her dog, her son and her husband. I was really glad she didn't ask me a million questions, because I deal with that all day long. She made really quick work of my cut, I was only in the chair for about twenty minutes, style and everything! She gave me such a relaxing blowout. I almost fell asleep. My hair was perfect. It feels so nice, and I doesn't look like a sad broom anymore. I'm sure I'll be back for mor services, they do everything here!

We tried to schedule an appointment for 3 pedicures and they told us no appointments on the…read moreweekends and to walk in. We did have to wait a bit, and the seating area was a little dirty and had flies buzzing around. We were able to be sat together for our pedicure, but the area didn't seem super clean. There was a lot of junk in corners of the shop (cardboard boxes from tv's, protective plastic still on the tvs). We could see the staff area from our pedicure chairs which consists of a large fridge that seemed dirty, overcrowded and a health hazard. When my friend decided she wanted a different color polish, before they even started painting, the tech got really short with her and stopped talking to her eventually. I was the first one done and my tech was very nice and didn't rush me to pay and leave since the rest of my group wasn't done. However, my friends tech was pretty persistent on her paying as soon as she was done and we were waiting for our friend. It felt like he was suggesting she wouldn't pay. I personally had an OK experience with my tech, but don't think I'll be back. The basic pedicure was $60 with gel and didn't include callous remover. the space is so big, it has potential to be a bit more clean.

This woman put water in for my pedicure and insisted I pick a color which I did. I sat there as the water got cold, no one had come for my appointment and after 25 minutes I had decided to leave. Louis came charging in and asked if I was angry - and I said I was. He replied that I had no idea what he was going through - and it just got worse. He told me to smile (weird request) and that he loved me - and wanted to know if I loved him back. This was beyond weird - and I will not return.
