The director, Khadijah contacted me and, rather than working to resolve the matter professionally, attempted to argue with me about my concerns. She initially offered me a promotional service at another location to make up for the experience, but later withdrew that offer, stating she could not honor it. It appeared that the decision was made out of spite rather than as part of a fair resolution. Overall, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. I expected professionalism, accountability, and appropriate customer service, but instead experienced poor communication, disrespect, and an unresolved issue.
