I showed a picture of what I wanted the guy acted confident they could do it. I had SNS on when I got there. I'm not sure if he didn't understand that even though I told him. He then said, "Well how long is it gonna take you to soak?" He started clipping my nails before even asking me and clipped them in all kinds of weird directions. Did not even them out at all before he dipped my nails in the SNS initial powder. He then told me he could only do clear on my nails when I asked for French tips with a soft white base. He didn't understand what I was saying at all seems like. Because then he brought a powder that was white and sparkly. Needless to say, I paid for what he had already done and walked out.
