But they've always been sure to ask if I'm in pain, and apologize if they've nicked even without me saying or flinching. I have very thin and weak nails and they're always kind when I ask them to be light with the dremel tool. Most, if not all, employees speak English extremely well and are very light on their native language between each other so I can join in on conversations and have a good time, especially when they joke with eachother.
