Update- I went here to get a full set for Valentine's Day. I came back because this location is conveniently near me. It was horrible. I was sitting on a chair while for 30 minutes after the technician prep my nails- I would've left but my nails were already ruined by the drill and the tips were on. It took over 2 hours because the technician/ hostess kept leaving and coming back every 5 minutes. I was left with just the acrylic gel for over 10 minutes and it slumped over and made the nails look deformed/ oddly shaped. After one week- two of my nails broke. They do a good job with your nails. Staff is pleasant and easy to speak to and everyone greets you politely even if they are busy. We managed to get walk in spots on a busy Saturday afternoon and although I felt like my pedicure was a bit rushed, the service provider did a nice job with painting my nails and even suggesting a complimentary color. Came here for a fresh set since I was long overdue! My usual go-to salons for Russian manicures were booked out, so I found Queen Spa after a quick online search. Online it said they offer Russian manicures, so I specified that request at the front. I also reserved a slot for a pedicure (all of this done online). They were definitely efficient because while I was getting my pedicure done, another tech brought all his equipment to my chair and got to work! The cuticle work was definitely Russian style, but the drilling was on the edgier side, and I felt a little bit of pain when the cuticle work was being done. It wasn't too painful though and there wasn't blood, so I trusted the tech lol. I opted for shorter nails and a cream white color, and since I finally tried sticker nail art with my last set, I opted for sticker nail art with this set as well. I think I will still try to go to my tried-and-true nail salons in the future (I mean, they offer cappuccinos so how can I not?), but this place is certainly a good back-up! read more

This is the first place I've taken her where she gave her seal of approval and was 100% satisfied. I've been going here for mani-pedis for 8 months now and have always enjoyed it/ received quality nails and service but this time was absolutely awful. I will never be coming back again. The guy that was working on my fingernails had no idea what he was doing and covered me in dust, dropped the UV light on my shins and didn't apologize/acted like nothing happened, then dropped the color choices keychain and other items on me and didn't acknowledge it. He also completely messed up my nail design by putting on the wrong color ( red) and when I asked him to correct it he told me they would have to charge me extra for what I wanted (black-to-red ombre with snowflakes on it) which he had previously agreed to doing for the standard nail-design price. He was also chatting with four girls the ENTIRE time. They all stood around me and sat on both sides of me laughing and hitting each other and talking so loud in Vietnamese (2 hours straight as I was getting a mani pedi) . It was super annoying and loud and completely unprofessional. I was not relaxed. When I asked the guy doing my nails what they were talking about he said they were planning to all get wasted tonight. Again, unprofessional. Since they wouldn't do the original design I requested , I asked if they'd do just white French tips on the ends of the red nails instead. He agreed and got one of the girls he was chatting with to finish the job for him and she was so aggressive! She obviously was rushing and kept shoving my hand into the UV light thing/ yanking my hand towards her. When I checked the tips and asked her to correct a couple things she literally rolled her eyes and loudly sighed and yanked my hand back while continuing to speak to the other girls in Vietnamese. There was a bunch of red nail polish left around my nails at the end and when she finished the french tips she proceeded to AGGRESSIVELY USE A NAIL FILE ON MY SKIN TO TRY AND SCRAPE THE NAIL POLISH OFF. Ouch I told her to just stop and just got up and paid and left. I'm so disappointed never again. read more

Friendly? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely not. Came with my mom and sister for my little sister's birthday because the place looked cute and had plenty of chairs. Pedicure? $70 for no acrylic gel on my big toes (even though I asked), uneven polish, and barely any massage, plus the tech made me stop my massage chair so she could paint my nails. Never had to do this for other salons. Light mode was turned on before she could do my toes.. Lip waxing? $15 for the worst I've ever had. A staff member who "doesn't normally do it" volunteered, and now my lip is swollen, red, covered in little pimples on my third day, and so sore I can't even swim. If this isn't better by tomorrow, I'm off to urgent care. Lastly the staff were laying on beds in some waxing rooms just playing on phone and all.. Sure, it's friendly.
