Recently switched to this nail salon after it was recommended by a friend... This nail salon will not disappoint! My daughter has had the same technician 2x now and her nails always turn out stunning. Elisa Nguyen is a perfectionist! The equipment is all new & the ambience is as chic as it gets in Austin! Definitely worth booking in advance!

Very accommodating with my schedule and even rescheduled me with the same nail tech I wanted. I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, but they still took me without any issues. Service was great from start to finish. The front desk lady was very welcoming and kind, offering me water as I got settled into my seat. The salon is beautiful, clean, and surprisingly quiet, nothing like the crowded or chaotic salons I have been to before. They confirmed what I wanted and reviewed the nail design price before starting, which I really appreciated. The massage chairs were a relaxing bonus. I booked Sammy for my manicure and pedicure, and she did an amazing and very detailed job. I also liked that there was no pressure to make conversation. Since I was working, the peaceful environment was perfect, especially for an introvert like me.

I'm a flight attendant on a long layover here in Austin and I decided to get my first ever manicure. As a guy, I was a bit nervous at first but I didn't need to be. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. From the owner greeting me at the door to Vivian who did my nails. She was so friendly, skilled, and gentle. The atmosphere is very zen and calming, a great vibe. I went with acrylics with clear and 2 nails done with cats eye gel. My hands have never looked better. Locals need to check this place out and make them your regular place! I'll be back on my next layover for sure!

Quinnie did an AMAZING job on my valentines nails. I just moved here last week and this salon treated me so well!

After a few days of having these nails and paying the really high price of $90 for these, I give this place a 3.5/5 stars. They are too thick and my "cuticle care" that was added made me peel even more honestly. I really did enjoy the nail techs who took care of me, but my nails hurt now and my real nails underneath are coming apart from the dip nails I had done.

This place is in a great location and offers free parking. The staff is all very friendly and prices and packaging is clear and updated on the website. Picking out polish was very easy and organized. This salon did such a good job taking care of me and helping recommend what to get. At no point did I feel they were trying to upsell me or push me through a pipeline of customers. I had an appointment and definitely would recommend doing so, as they were turning away some walk ins due to being busy. There is plenty of parking in the lot behind the front entrance. It was recommended I get Gel X extensions and they lasted me 2.5 weeks of vacation (I went swimming in the ocean, road horses, and am notoriously rough on my nails) and they are still going strong! They not only lasted but came out looking so beautiful. I got lots of compliments and will definitely be returning to this location! read more

There are only about five waiting chairs, but they are really comfortable. The gentleman started the water for me and alerted my nail tech. My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! Still, I must say that I've never gotten so many compliments on my toenails as I have this time around. I will absolutely be back!

had a really great experience w adore nail lounge! went in for a builder gel refill & really happy…read morewith the shape and apex of my nails. i didn't get the name of the nail tech but she was a bit older, and she did absolutely amazing with the design. i love how close the shade match is (compared to my natural nail) for the nude base color she chose, since that was something that was important to me. love the stars she free handed and the gems she arranged. total was $100 excluding tip which i think is great value. also want to mention that we came in at 6:30, and the nail tech stayed past their closing time to finish the design and do it really meticulously if half stars are possible, i might give 4.5 because i also booked a lash lift and when i got there, they told me their lash tech is on vacation for a month. i was just visiting the area so idk if this is common or something, but i'm used to the service always being available if it's able to be booked online/confirmed via text following an online booking (which both services were), so was a little bit disappointed by that.

He was a little rough to the touch as times with my pedi. The pulling and moving my feet & toes quickly and/ or forcing them down from time to time was uncomfortable. I didn't say anything but looked at him. The manicure wasn't done completely. He massaged my forearm but missed my hands. I asked if he was going to massage my hands, he looked at me and said yes, but no massage to my hand was performed. I looked around at other customers and their hands were massaged a little after their forearm. Their tech had them wash their hands afterwards. Ken had me wash my hands right after my forearm. He polished my nails and said thank you. He placed a fan in front of my hands but didn't say how long I needed to stay in front of the fan. Normally im told 2 mins etc...I touched my nails after 3 mins and turned off the fan. When I checked out I did let the lady know it wasn't a good experience for me this time. She inquired, I told her Ken didn't ask me if I wanted any water etc..as I watch other customer receive sodas & waters. The lady replied, oh really he normally does. I replied he didn't. I said I didn't appreciate all the pulling / tugging as well as him placing the fan in front of me and not saying how long I needed to dry my nails. The receptionist excuse for Ken's behavior was he doesn't speak English which I thought was bananas. I still have a small tip, but asked that he not be assigned to me again. She agreed in doing so. I thought about my experience on my way home. A mani/ pedi is not cheap. If I can't enjoy it and relax I'd rather not return nor refer any more friends to their shop. I'm disappointed. R. Chambers

Super nice salon and services! This is a new salon that just opened early this month. The interior is nice and luxurious. The store is very clean and I love the relaxing music. All of their staff were friendly and polite. The technician Tu Tu that helped me was knowledgeable in nail care. He gave me some good ideas how to take care of my nails while giving me the best pedicure I've ever received! Tried their DEAD SEA detox mani and pedicure, and I love it! My skin felt so soft and relax. Tu Tu told me all the benefits of the dead sea mud and I'm glad I decided to treat myself. My gel manicure was done by Tammy and she was very nice and friendly. She cleaned and shaped my nails the way I like it. I have oily nails and usually even with gel, they only lasted about 7 days. It's going on 9 days and my nails still look amazing! TLDR, very nice place, friendly service and high quality products. Highly recommended!! read more

I was a loyal customer and big fan for 1.5 years because the nail techs here are great. Unfortunately the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was running late from work and upon arriving I was repeatedly yelled at and scolded by her. I have seen this happen to multiple other people in the past and those that walk in without an appointment are rudely turned away. I understand they are busy but unfortunately I won't be returning due to this behavior and the way she treats her customers. read more
