I gave this place a chance because it's close to where I am staying since I moved down here temporarily and this is the worst service I ever had with nails. I saw the low star rating and figured hmmm maybe it's gotten better, but definitely wasn't. It was me and one other person in the salon and I got a mani pedi. The pedicure was ok, but overpriced for the service and quality I received. They also RUINED my natural nails taking off my powder coated nails. The guy did it fast and used a metal grinder ruining my enamel and making my nails brittle which they have never been like before. My nails were strong and healthy l... Why use an electric nail file and use it aggressively and fast with no one in the salon? This was very unprofessional and ruined my experience with them. read more

I've been coming here forever with Kerri and today I came with an appt for a mani / pedi knowing Kerri was on vacation. I walked in & was sat & a nice lady started my pedi, the rude lady that was supposed to do my mani, pressed me, rushed me, and bullied me because I could not decide on a shade of pink. I kindly asked her if she could put them on my nails so I can see them on. She decided to stop service with me & get a new client because I needed more time choosing my shade of pink after she rudely handed me colors and walked away. After years of being a loyal customer I have never felt so embarrassed and humiliated as a frequent returning customer. I felt so harassed and uncomfortable that I left services crying and did not let them continue. And to the new owner, you handled this so poorly and unprofessionally that you lost me as a customer. I will miss Kerri but I will not give this establishment another dollar especially when manis and pedis are now a luxury. read more

It took my mom an hour and a half to recieve a basic mani and pedi I picked the same color for my fingers and toes but the shade match was off and they said it was because i got gel on my nails, and said i had air bubbles in my nails because i've gotten acrylics before read more

I received a pedicure and it was not a great experience. After being seated, the woman dropped a plastic thing in my bowl which hurt as it fell onto my foot. I asked for a service and an add on massage which was listed for $10 on the sheet but she insisted on it being $15. I said you have to go by the listed price and she seemed angry and did a sloppy and quick job with my pedicure. Lastly she thinned out the nail polish color right in front of me, I'm not surprised my nails chipped a few days later. read more

Very very dirty ! My sister got toe infection here. They don't use liners and the tools were sitting in some really gross blue liquid. When my sister asked if it's been sanitized they said yes but there's no way to tell they do overnight. then 1 of the ladies was scrubbing her feet with the pumus style blue thing then out back on the rolling tool holder do not go here you will save money and your pedicure will last longer !!!! read more

First time coming here and I'm OBSESSED with my manicure! I gave only 3 stars because they had my Sister wait a significant amount of time for her service and we had made appts in advance. To be fair, I got both a pedi and a mani, and my sister was only getting a basic mani. The salon is beautiful and peaceful, best pedi massage of my life, they had a good amount of gel colors to choose from, the prices and packages were good and did I mention I'm OBSESSED with my manicure, so good! I came in on Sunday 5/23/21 to have a gel manicure and pedicure. I had asked for the deluxe manicure and pedicure combo with gel on both hands and toes. I was having maternity photos done that evening. The pedicure was good. The manicure was being done while I received the pedicure which I know happens more often than not but I'm not a fan of that simply because when I was having my manicure painted.. she was scrubbing my feet and I feel like my feet didn't get scrubbed much because she obviously can't mess up the manicurist painting my nails. My biggest issue is with my manicure. It was very rushed and sloppy. I didn't receive the "deluxe manicure" that I had asked for which at this point I'm very glad I didn't. I already over paid for what I received.. let me explain. I received a $15 basic manicure and paid another $15 for gel. Basically a $30 manicure and it is now 2 days later.. 5/25/21.. and my manicure is already peeling. I'm very disappointed to have even spent the amount of money I did at this location. Deluxe pedicure ended up being $53 I believe? Plus an additional $15 for gel on my toes so $68 for a pedicure.. which at least the polish isn't peeling on that.. yet. I did only receive the basic manicure which was $15 but another $15 for gel on my fingers. Let's be honest.. if I'm getting a manicure and a pedicure and requesting gel on both.. $30 is a little steep. ESPECIALLY when it's already peeling. I'm pretty disappointed as I've been here before and never had issues. I will admit it's been awhile since I had been because I don't treat myself to these kinds of things often being a busy mom but it's experiences like this that make me regret even doing these kinds of things for myself in the first place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I'm staying at The Great Wolf Lodge with my kids and parents. I decided to treat myself and get a pedicure. I read some other reviews and thought it can't be that bad. It was bad. Rude. Annoyed to see me arrive when they opened. The basic pedicure was $35 + $15 for gel. I will only get gel on my toes. The massage was half way decent, but my nails aren't set. They have fuzz on them from my socks. They put me under two different light things. 60 seconds each coat. So happy I didn't upgrade and waste even more money. read more

I really wanted to like this place..... my first time was a bust for my daughter. She got a full set. Showed the lady a picture. It was a fancy looking French tip style. But the lady said it was goin to be 75. So she asked for the basic french but a different color tip. Still goin to be 75. Ugh whatever. She gets it done but the lady paints the french tip crooked and has the nerve to say next time, know what you want before you come. So the second time I come because the location is convenient and I only get a gel mani..... the mani was ok.... He said square round. I said yes. My damn nails are shaped like a crooked SpongeBob. I had a nice length when I came in and he went so short they look like nubs. And then an extra 15 for gel and the whole nail started lifting after 6 days. I don't think I'll spend my hard earned mula here anymore. read more

I respectfully declined a manicure & to just stick with my pedicure after I was told it'd be extra charge for gel, which I get I wasn't mad at that just couldn't afford to spend $30 extra on gel from my pedicure and mani, I was then bombarded with 3 other workers trying to explain to me telling me how I misunderstood when I understood fully I just didn't want to pay for that and just stick to my pedi. Lady who was supposed to do my manicure was extremely rude and started shouting to her co workers slamming her arms to the side of her as if i Upset her. I felt like crying the entire time I was there, I was so flabbergasted all this commotion was due to not wanting something anymore bc the extra charge. The pedicure was horrible so much so I didn't even let them finish, usually I can sit back, relax. & let them do they're job.. not in this case. I told them I didn't want polish, I actually did but I didn't want anymore done to my feet. So I left with no polish on my toes and with crooked, slanted, and serrated toe nails. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, the customer service is foul. This made my bad day go to extremely worse. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I've tried going in twice. Once for a fill that NO ONE wanted to do because they wanted to go home. Even though they were playing cards. I do have long nails and when I called I let that be known I have long nails. Second time was for a soak off. A FREAKING SOAK OFF.!! Every person that came in would look at my nails and say, "Someone will be here in 5-10 minutes to help you." Like, just sit me down and let me soak for 30 minutes. These women are so damn lazy and picky on what service they want to do. Rude A** women. I will NEVER go there again and will ALWAYS tell people to NOT go there. Trash. read more

The service we received wasn't good. The lady that was doing my sister-in-laws nails was talking non-stop and wouldn't pay any attention to her nails. She got mad when my sister-in-law asked if she could cut her cuticles. Then she made her bleed on ever single finger, and wouldn't turn on the UV lamp because she was too busy talking!
