I'm APPALLED at the awful service & quality from this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! My wife and daughters made an appointment for Mother's Day. 1st complaint, PRICE: the price was higher than what they were told when they made the appointment. Shady. 2nd & 3rd complaints, QUALITY: the nail polish on 9 of my youngest daughter's nails all flaked off before nightfall (pretty pictures for 6 hours though!) and one of my wife's nails chipped when she was pulling down her windshield visor (so much for lasting 2 to 3 weeks) 4th complaint, TORTUROUS: when redoing the chipped nail on the following day, the technician started filing her nail down to the point where it hurt my wife. My wife asked her to stop but was responded to with, "it's not a big deal". Wow, really? 5th complaint, TRASH TALKING: don't know what's up these technicians' butts, but they were talking angrily almost the whole time on both days. Can't pinpoint what was being said or who it was about, but talking in a different language to your coworkers with a pissed-off look on your face leaves the customer feeling more than a bit awkward. Well..we made appointments for 2 Pedis' ..let's see from start to finish my daughter Pedi was 23 min, mine was a bit shorter as they started on mine after hers and was done shortly after hers!! We each looked at each other and was like "you're kidding done already" you pick your polish from a catalog.. save your money and go elsewhere!! These are my nails 2 weeks after being done. Usually they are falling apart a week in because I have an active life with 4 kids a full time job and full time school. They are still sticking with me. Got a fill (acrylic and gel color) 2 days later the gel was lifting and peeling off. I went and had them fix it, only to have it start coming off again the next day. When I came back to LA, I had to pay to have them completely redone. Come to find out that if your gel nails are coming off/lifting it is because they are not curing it long enough. My daughter and I went for pedicures. The girl had turned on the hot water then took off, both of us couldn't put our feet in the water, then after complaining, turned on the cold and again took off. The water was too cold and both tubs nearly overflowing. She decided to jam the arm rest down and smashed my finger. We asked the name of the owner or manager and they refused, We left and went in the car with a throbbing Finger'. They were very rude! read more

Today I went to Queen Bee Nail salon for a 1:00 appointment. No big deal of them being busy because I know it's Mother's day weekend. The big deal came when I was sitting there for a pedicure and nail refill and was over looked and they seated 4 people who came in after me. I usually don't feel any type of racism when I go to the nail saLon but today was the exception. I was hopeful to find a new place to get my pedicure and manicure. I always test it out by having the basic pedicure to see what the attitude is when they can't "upsell" you. This was the typical, "give you the least they can for your money" place. So disappointed as I moved to Manteca and want to find my new local place. The pedicure was ok, but I can't help think she would try harder if I had gotten the more expensive choice. Short massage, I asked if she could rub my feet, as she was only massaging my calves. DO NOT GO HERE! This shop is dirty, the staff is rude and they change the pricing regardless of you confirm in the beginning. And I'm not talking just a few dollars I went in to get my daughters gel pedicures and my 11 year old a manicure. It was going to be $35 for 11 year old and $55 for my 15 year old for basic pedicures then $20 for manure. So $110 but somehow when we went to ring up it was $143?? I asked her to break it down but she said she couldn't that was the total. Then when I said we talked and you said 11 year old it was $35 but then when we ring up she said the sign says under 11 doesn't include 11 it actually means 10. I went to file complaint with better business bureau but they said they already had 17 other similar complaints. The nail salon itself is very average. They don't have the greatest selection of colors and they display no nail art. The nail techs frequently speak their native language, quite obviously talking about their customers and even their coworkers. Tacky. However, I have long natural nails and Kerry is great with them. Never grinding off the top layers of my nails like everyone else does. She does my nails with the dip powder and I am always very happy with her work. A bad nail tech can ruin natural nails. NEVER AGAIN! I haven't gotten my feet done in two years and decided to treat myself for my graduation. This place is the most unsanitary nail shop I've ever been too. I had a bad feeling when I walked in and should have listened to my gut. The lady started off by cutting my nails so short it hurt to the touch. She started digging into the corner of my big toe with her nippers which made me bleed. I let her know that was hurting me, she still continued to make 2 other toes bleed doing the exact same thing. I should have walked out at this point. As a cosmetologist I know the proper sanitation and procedures of a pedicure to prevent cross contamination and this place followed NONE of those rules. She placed her dirty glove into a community jar of scrub and then proceeded to continuously go back and forth into that same jar and use it on me. The open basket she had her implements in was incredibly dirty and dusty. By the end of the service my big toe was bloody and throbbing but I paid anyways and left. The lady did not seem to have any remorse or care that she had injured me. Within 24 hours I had developed an infection on my big toe which caused me to be unable to walk properly and had swollen to twice the size. Due to my injury I had to go to my doctor to get it checked out and I'm now on antibiotics. Stay away from this place it's a health hazard read more

They kept trying to up sale their pedicures and manicures. This place is ridiculously overpriced! Like crazy! More expensive then some bay area places. The man that did my pedicure was very sloppy. The polish job was all over the place. At the end he didn't get any remover to clean around the edges, just left it. My review went from a 3 star to a 2 as I finish writing this review.
