Girls day out and we are looking for a restaurant. We are good we found this place that is open at Monday lunch time. Most of the restaurants in this town is closed. The staff is very friendly. This place has a patio but since it's cold, we stayed inside. Lots of parking at the back. Food is delicious . Serving is huge. read more

The waitress was very friendly and apologized for the delay, but we waited 1 hour and 2 minutes from the time she took our order until the food arrived. She said that a big group had arrived on the patio, but the tables inside were half empty. When we left we saw a group of 10 people outside, that was enough to delay everyone else? There also seemed to be a lot of staff wandering around not sure of what to do. I hate to criticize a local business, but we won't be back. read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. They warned us that service could be a little slower today, being completely short staffed. The young lady serving is did. an incredible job and we couldn't tell anything about a staff shortage. She was simply put amazing. Thank you Kennedy!!! Now to the food....we had the breaded mushrooms for starter and those came out exactly as was expected. The wife had a beef dip and I had the philly cheese steak sandwich. Both were pretty amazing, but the favorite of the two definitely was the beef dip! These can hit and Miss based on the bun and it was fresh and tasty. Our kids had the kids spaghetti and meatballs. Kids loved them. Their meal comes with fountain pop and a pretty big ice cream. They too were thrilled. We enjoyed our first stay here today. It won't be our last. Overall I like this place and would return. I will start from when we arrived. The host did not seem to be in a great mood when we arrived and were seated. Our server was quick and very cheerful which was great! She had the menu's out and took our drink order and returned fast. I ordered the California burger (they cook their burgers medium and tell you that so you can order well if that's your choice) the California burger had guacamole and bacon and was delicious! Everything we ate was very good especially the steak and we were pretty surprised with how large the salad entree was. Unfortunately I had to rate this restaurant a 4 because 1) They close at 8pm on the weekdays and it's by first come first serve and wait list only. So if you want to eat here, make sure you're there by 5pm and go to the main entrance to put yourself/group on the wait list (where it's at) and not at the patio entrance. 2) The automatic paper towel dispenser in the ladies washroom wasn't working. And finally 3) the hostess/waitress who cleans the table was only cleaning the table and not the patio seats. Over all, the food was great and if they just change their operation hours and a few other changes, this restaurant would be a 5 star. We will definitely come back again. read more

Mondays are All You Can Eat Perogies, need I say more? For as little as $5, you can have delicious perogies served with onions and bacon bits. They come with a side of sour cream. You get 8 of them at a time and the wonderful servers are quick to take your next order. The perogies themselves are large and very filling. I was only able to eat 2 servings. If you cant finish, no worries, they pack up the food for you to take home. To get this deal, you need to buy one drink, and the pop comes with unlimited refills. The atmosphere, service, food, and exceptional deal are top notch. They also have board games and live music on some nights. Will definitely be back on the other nights. read more

Average food and service. Nice bar area and good selection of beers and drinks. We had to wait for seating despite not all tables occupied! We ordered finally chicken wings as feature of the day. They were ok but nowhere near to Buffalo Wild Wings. My wife ordered pasta with beef gravy. The gravy was more or less just oil and so the taste wasn't good. read more

I placed a takeout order at 2:00 pm for pickup at 7:30 pm. It was not ready until 8:30. When I inquired about the delay I was subjected to extensive verbal abuse from the manager that bordered on threats. No apologies from him for the delay. We went as a family on a Saturday night and were generally impressed with the food, but the manager was extremely rude. We all ordered food, three of us ordered the Salmon. Two of our salmons were cooked perfectly, one was still raw. Upon us pointing this out to our server and asking for them to just put it back on the grill for a little longer, the woman manager came over to our table to explain that the salmon was perfectly cooked and that we "just don't understand how salmon should be cooked." We were very surprised by this and unfortunately this rude manager took away from what otherwise was an excellent meal with great food. read more

Unbelievable. This is the second chance I've given this place for their wing night. The last time, the waitress was rude and the wings were bland and way overdone.
