Love it there, the mall is gigantic it has a food court on the first floor with plenty of options and the other 3 floors offer you all the top brands such as Bebe Armani Guess Michael Kors etc also there's an Asian lady assistant in Victoria secret store I believe her name is Carmen she's like extremely sweet polite and helpful, I just love going to that mall people!! :) thanks! I'm spending more of my time at nearby stores like Target, but this is a good sized mall. They have a good range of stores and the place is always clean and well lit. I like how many buses stop out front and that it's on the block just over from the train station as well. read more

The best mall in Queens by far, only downside is that the area has a lot of traffic and is pretty busy. Parking can be an issue if you don't want to pay to put your car in the garage. read more

We are lucky to have a Mall walking distance from where we live. Can't complain about that. After going through a massive renovation I thought we would be having everything in one place. Guess what, No Great Toystore, No Bookstore, can't believe it....The food court is okay. Nothing exceptional. Can't seem to find some healthy stall though. Almost all are artery cloggers. There was one, the Panini Bar which is I frequented but close suddenly. Can't wait for this other mall to open right o Junction at the back of Sears. Kohl's and Centry 21 will be there and hopefully a bookstore.. read more

I live a few blocks from the mall and whenever I need to get some gifts or shop a little, the mall's not a bad alternative. You can always get something decent at the food court, although, be warned, seats can be hard to find. The food at Sarku is probably the best (and most popular if you look at the line). The mall has a LOT of stores, including my personal favorite, MIssha. There's recently been for a lot of additions, although be warned if a store's not getting many customers it can be gone in a few weeks. It can be a little crowded but it's easy to access and all in all the best mall in Queens. read more

It is a decent mall considering if you just want to do some basic shopping. There are no real deals going on and not as clean or as big as the malls in Long Island. To top it off, you have to pay for parking which is horrible considering, if you drive a little further out to Roosevelt Field mall, its free. read more

The Pros: -Conveniently located. Queen's Center Mall is located above Woodhaven Boulevard Station where the E, R & M trains stop. A number of buses also stop within the vicinity including the Q59, Q88, Q11, Q21, Q29, Q38, Q53, Q60, QM10, and QM11. -Store selection. Over the past few years, the mall has expanded its number of stores exponentially. It's hard to believe that the mall used to be a fraction of its current size. You can pretty much find all of the stores that you should need without the hassle of taking the train all the way into Manhattan or driving out to Long Island. There are stores for men, women, and children. There are also stores that meet different price and quality needs. -Extensive food court. If you like to stop for something to eat while you're shopping, there is definitely an option for everyone. Choices include: McDonald's, KFC, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Sarku Japan, and Sbarro. Seating is usually available. The Cons: -Traffic. If you drive, traffic around the mall during busy times can be a problem (like during weekends, evenings, and holidays). -Parking. There is no free parking available and navigating the parking garage can be stressful. -Crowded. Likely as a result of its convenient location, Queens Center Mall often attracts a large crowd from cities and nations far and wide. The patrons also aren't the friendliest and most considerate. read more

I live near this mall. It's a horrible excuse for a mall first this mall makes you pay for parking typical New York thing. A part of me understands for the simple fact someone might want to park their 1976 Nova in their lot for the long term because this is a way they can save from doing the heavy alternate side of the street parking regulations but why don't this mall validate parking. Another thing is this mall is filled with duplicated stores. Was it that hard to get clients to fill this mall. These stores will not last long if they if they have competition from 7 of the same stores selling the same products. I've seen many causalities over the years Although this mall is bad it doesn't deserve my standard 1 star. It's streets are spacious and the architect know a little something about building a mall because the food court is inside the mall no outside as store fronts. The 1 star I usually issue is reserved for the Rego Center Mall. read more

It's a typical mall with typical stores including Macy's and JC Penny. It's usually very crowded as it's the only "mall" with a broad range of different stores, including a food court and restaurants within. The parking is a bit expensive and it's never easy to find a spot in the garage. The mall was redone a few yeas ago and is still being renovated. All-in-all it's a good mall. read more

Jcpenny hair salon is the worst DO NOT get your hair done there at all better off going to a Dominican salon and pay 25-30 for a good wash and set also DO NOT go to JENNY she has absolutely no idea what she's doing I went in for a wash and set and left very upset my hair looked the same way I came in, my hair was not straight nor shiny her response was she doesn't know I have natural hair whatever that's supposed to mean j don't know because my hair was not tangled and she had no problem rolling setting my hair so again I don't know what she meant by saying I have natural hair, I had to pay 36$ for a wash and set that came out horrible and for what when she did nothing but run a blow dryer through my hair with a thin comb not knowing what she was doing this place is the worst ever do not go unless you have fine hair I guess or short ear length hair the worst ever especially JENNY. read more

I keep coming back to the mall because it is convenient to have so many stores under one roof. The layout is a little bit of a pain, if you're on the first floor, you have to go outside and cross the street to go between the Macy's and JC Penney's sides of the mall. You can go upstairs and walk directly across, but either way, it's a bit of a pain. Fairly clean mall, with good options in the food court. I only like to go early in the day. It can get incredibly crowded on the weekends and days when kids are out of school. No amount of coupons and discounts will make me wait on an hour long line at Express! In any case, it's good for what it is, but don't expect to be wowed by this mall. Go out to Long Island if that's what you're looking for. read more

I had to put on my NYC driving face just to move like 2 inches in this area. And I know there is a Kohls near by and I had no idea how to get there. I find this area very confusing! read more

Rating a mall is pretty straightforward. It has a great location for any method of transportation. Great selection of stores with an OK food court that is always pretty crowded but well kept. The food options are limited compared to other malls like Roosevelt Field. Parking is fairly priced. read more

I like this mall. However businesses especially the stands run false advertising sometimes. I recently purchased an item from PYT (pretty young thing) and the stand clearly states refunds and exchanges allowed within 30 days of receipt. 3 days later I decided I no longer wanted the item. I went to the mall with the item and receipt fully intact and was told no refunds allowed. I asked to speak the manager and was told NO. I said fine if no refund was going to issued, I would like the sign to taken down from the stand which clearly states refunds allowed within 30 days. I was told NO again, the manager has to be the one to take it down. False advertising and unfair business done by PYT. He tried to ease my frustration by offering a CD... Again refuse to give me a refund and take down the sign.Buyer beware! read more

I've been coming to this mall for a long time--ever since I was a kid and before the two buildings were bridged. The food court is beast and the amount of stores is valid; however, parking here sucks. The rush is unbelievable. I tend to go out to Roosevelt field now. read more

My mother and I shop at this mall very often and especially this store Bath and Body Works for the candles. We've never had an experience as we did today..... very disappointing. The cashier at reg #007/cashier #1869935 according to my receipt.....was very kind to the woman before me and wrapped her candles nicely in tissue paper and was given boxes......when I came up next, I was given attitude and the candles tossed in the bag with no tissue paper or boxes. I had to ask if my candles would be wrapped.....which they were not! I was just handed 2 sheets of tissue paper when I purchased 3 candles which were gifts and when I asked for the boxes she tossed them in the bag. This cashier saw I was clearly bothered and made no effort to make it better! I walked out of the store upset and had to repackage my candles ..... NOT GOOD!!! read more

Very convenient. Subway accessible. Most major chains plus little mom and pops too. Open until 9:30 PM on weeknights. A nice mix of clientele. I really like their food court. It's huge and clean with nice seating and several healthy options to choose from. A cool feature is music videos played on several screens. You can choose which ones you want by texting. CRAZY packed during the holidays, would also avoid during the school days. Shopping variety is good and I love coming for the sales.

Everything is here for you in Queens Center Mall, the Fifth Avenue of Queens. They have a pretty good selection if you are too lazy to head into the city (which is only a few more stops on the train) to do your shopping. It's full of loud kids all the time, but hey, it's a mall. Some things never change. read more

I feel as though I'm obligated to give this mall a good rating, seeing how it's the only mall in Queens worth going to. But just like any other mall, it serves it's purpose. They have all the stores for your shopping needs. It's no 5th ave, but they have a few decent "high-end" stores. I usually come here when i need to get a last minute outfit for the evening (which I don't always have the luck of finding). Or when I feel like I just need to do some shop therapy and don't feel like going into manhattan. But all in all, this is a pretty good mall. read more

It's actually pretty big considering it's still in NYC and not Westchester or Long Island where they have room for sprawling malls. The stores are above average, including Coach, Banana Republic, Urban Outfitters, etc. The one drawback is that parking is a bit of a pain and getting in and out of the bottleneck they call a location is frustrating. read more

Dont go Saturday or Sunday afternoon is madness! Specially on christmad season is a nightmare. Queens center mall is big and kind of weird constructed to it kind be confusing at times! Pretty good mall. My friends and used to loiter in this place every Friday after school back inna day. Twenty years later, I still frequent this place; to actually shop, not to loiter. There are many stores and you can find just about everything. I'm a fan of J.C. Penney's and their Worthington collection for work clothes. They lose a star and a half for not having a Best Buy/Circuit City type store where one can pick up CD's/dvd's/electronics. How could you have allllllllllllll those stores and not ONE for electronics!?!? (There's a Best Buy at the Queens Place mall a couple of blocks away though.) It's a mall - not sure what else you can write about a mall. But it is large and has a good selection of stores, is very close to the subway, and was very close to my house. If you live in Queens it's obviously your best "mass" shopping option. The 88 bus, which ran back to my place, runs often enough. Got some nice North Face gear inside. A word of advice - use public transportation when coming, because you don't want to try and park here....key word "try". read more

I only go there for the food xD I've tried a couple of the places at the basement. There's McDonalds which a lot of people go for. On the right side of McDonalds is Chipotle, a lot of people go there too. On the left side, there's Sarku Japan which is also popular. They got KFC opposite from them. I love the Noodle House compared to the Cajun place. They have and give a lot more than the Cajun place. They got Taco Bell, Nathan's, Boc Boc, some pizzeria, Kido(Sushi), and a lot more. They also got Starbucks and a couple of bakeries at different levels. Very big aroma when you enter in the mall. Smells like heaven~ read more
