I am a long time resident of Bayside and was always impressed with a large parking lot at Bay Terrace. All of the supermarket shopping carts were always in place in the caddy's. Since Home Goods opened my car has been hit 3 times by stray carts. I went to the Chase Bank after hours and found 10 Home Goods shopping carts in the front of the Bank. What a pity!

I rarely come here. It's right by my school, Queensborough Community College, so I come here to shop a little, or grab some food. This plaza has a good amount of shopping stores ( Lane Bryant, VS, etc.) , but I usually just come here for the restaurants. (Panera Bread, Applebees, Outback Steakhouse) For those of you who know me, I'm a huge Panera Bread lover. So thats usually the only reason why I would be in this plaza. The parking lot is always so full for some strange reason. If your lucky, you will get parking near the store your going to. Other than that, good luck. I came here today at 12 noon, and the parking lot was basically full. I would never understand why. The parking lot is really big, so don't worry you will find parking, but be expected to walk a bit. Overall, I will always come back here. There are no complaints.

Good Service. I always order Egg Benedict, good portion, worth to try. There is not a lot of restaurant has Egg Benedict in the menu. Even we come with big party, we've been seated right away.

Attended a birthday party and the service was great! The food was also delicious! We enjoyed the calamari and meatballs a lot. The pasta was cooked al dente. The fish was tender.

This is for the Bay Terrace Victoria's Secret. There is never not a line here. However, sales help is nice and it is rather convenient. They let you know what sales are on and when you are in the fitting room, they run around getting your stuff so you don't have to keep getting dressed and undressed and they measure you for a proper fitting.

Is there a bagel store here?

No, I wish there was. The best bagels around are a 5 min drive to Utopia Bagels 1909 Utopia Parkway, Whitestone,11357…

They had some nice stores from children place ,to Carter's children clothing store that I I shop at on a regular basis for my son. They also had a marshalls store that didn't have to much inside, for a there kind of store. I noticed there was a modells right there also but they were shut down. That was a little disappointing because I like shopping at moe's.it was still early in the morning and the gamestop store was not open yet. I also got a chance to check out, the little Halloween party store, which was pretty cool.right next to them I noticed a bed bath and beyond .And a Macy's stage store that was on the strip. Now when it was time to eat this little shopping center had a few nice places.me and family went in side a pizzeria called lavarone Italian kitchen pizzeria. Which you can dine in with social distancing. I ordered a barbecue chicken slice my wife got the pasta. And the food was pretty good the restaurant was pretty busy, and the staff was nice and courteous to me and my family. The bill wasn't bad at all I thought it would have been more.this was the first time in almost a year that me and my wife were able to dine in a restaurant, since the whole coronavirus situation. we also went to this nice sushi restaurant on the strip.they made some really good chicken fried rice at this place called mikawa Japanese restaurant. I also was over near there shake shack & bagel boss shop. Plus dont forget about the parking lot ,which is a pretty nice size. So I would have to admit this is definitely a nice little shopping area ,that gives you a little mall kinda feel.cause it seems to be very busy over there. Plus out in long island, you have inside dining, not like in the city were there is only outside dining. The shopping center gets alot of business at there restaurants from the hospital staff that is just right across the street.

But I hope this one never goes extinct. It holds too many memories, and let's be real, where else am I going to find a place with such a perfectly balanced blend of capitalism and camaraderie in the five boroughs?

There are a fair number of stores for what is essentially a glorified strip mall, it's not quite large enough to make it a serious shopping destination, more of a come-by-for-specific stores kind of place. Of the approximately 50 businesses here, a dozen are commercial offices, another dozen service/utility stores (doctors offices, glasses store, UPS, T-mobile), a Regal Cinemas movie theater, a couple hobby stores (anime/manga, games, Bee's Arts & Crafts), several food/drink spots, some apparel/accessories stores (Foot Locker, Forever 21, TJ Maxx, White House/Black Market, Sacca's Suits), a few sports facilities (swim school, NY Sports Club, karate school, laser tag/bounce family fun center) and two home furnishing stores (Home Goods and Ashley Furniture).
