The soup in particular had a rich, comforting broth with tender chicken, noodles, and cabbage. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and service was fast. The woman working the truck was friendly and welcoming, even with the wind and rain coming down. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bellingham.
