I gave it one more bite, and even the grilled onions were terribly flavored, how is that possible? Soggy bun, oversalted burger, super dry on the edges, awful flavor. I'm sure I must have caught them on an "off" day, but I won't risk it again. I even had to go to my favorite smashburger joint the next day to "heal" from the experience. A friend of mine told me about this place and said they have the best burgers so I knew we wanted to give them a try based on her glowing review. We were visiting the area temporarily so we wanted to make sure we stopped by before we left. Our one time visiting has turned into us coming back multiple times, this place is delicious!! We tried the Mac Miller burger which is a burger topped with jalapeño aioli and creamy mac and cheese. You can modify if you'd like a single patty, double (how it comes), or triple. We were driving by the area and decided to get some lunch here. It was a great choice. The food truck is located on the side of a brewery (behind the fenced area). We almost missed it because we didn't realized it was a food truck and the sign on the street is so small. Thanks to the other yelpers photos we found the truck. This is a pretty good burger food truck located next to Kulshan brewery. We got the Cardi B.urger and Marshall Mathers, one of them with fries. The Cardi B.urger is very highly regarded but do note they use ghost peppers and it was extremely spicy! Probably the spiciest food I have had (given I tried Carolina reaper pepper which is 2x the spiciness but I only had a lick of it so that doesn't really count). My stomach was in pain for a full day but my spice tolerance is not the best when it comes to extremely spicy food like this. The Marshall Mathers has jalapeño but it was barely spicy in comparison, but I liked their use of cream cheese there. Burger wise, the quality is top tier while the fries is a bit lackluster, but given they give a lot of fries for $4, I can't really complain, and it was a good call we only added fries to one of the orders. read more

I ordered a burger through DoorDash. I ordered the ingredients I wanted on the burger. When the burger arrived, there was an extra burger patty on it. I did not want an extra patty or I would have ordered it that way. The mistake was even hand written on the top of the box with a smiley face as if they were doing me a favor. It's pretty simple that I would like to receive what I ordered. The burger patties were obviously so smashed together that attempting to remove the extra patty was a pain and also messed up a lot of the rest of the burger. I would like my food the way I order it. Maybe I don't get the smash burger concept, but my burger was a bit too chewy and kind of "burnt" taste. I didn't like the heaviness taste to it, and it's probably the cream cheese that I didn't like. Hubby said his Cardi was fine but not the best smash burger he had. Burgers were about $14 each, and if you want fries, you can add them for an additional $3. Fries taste like they were your traditional frozen kind you find in the freezer section. I stopped by while my car was in for servicing. It's right outside Kulshan Brewing, so you can easily get a drink there, if you're into that. There's a taco truck right next to it, too, if you have a party and not everyone wants a burger or dog*. There's plenty of seating, and it's all covered and heated. Service was courteous and fast, though admittedly there weren't many customers. I had the Mary Plain Blige with no onions, which I wish I could say I did to judge the baseline, but I actually did that because I'm boring and don't like many toppings. I do, however, like burgers, and this one was quite solid. The bun was kind of your standard cookout type, but it worked perfectly well as a vehicle for two lovely, nicely-chewy smash patties and the associated melty cheese and thousand-island type sauce. The only side is chips, also your standard cookout type. I don't blame them, though; they don't appear to have room for fry production. Meanwhile, probably due to having a brewery next door, they have only two beverages, and one is water--but the other was Mexican Coke, and that makes everything right. *Edit: I mean a hot dog; I don't have an actual dog :P read more
