Nice crust. Good cheese. Kinda NY style. I started being a Sahara Pizza fan over a decade ago in Astoria Oregon. We returned there this year and it was very good, but TBH I think it's gotten less great over the years. While staying at Birch Bay, we did takeout from the Blaine locale. It was good, but not great. Or perhaps by the time we got hone and heated it in the oven, it lost something. The mozzarella cheese wasn't as stringy and stretchy as it should be. I hope they haven't reduced the quality of the ingredients. PS I struggled with ordering online and using their many choices of carryout specials, finishing while sitting in the parking lot. I went inside and they were really welcoming. They said it shouldn't be long...and it wasn't. I would return but I will be better prepared to eat it more quickly upon arriving home, and maybe just reheat slices in a frying pan and not in the oven where it can get dried out. read more

By far my favorite pizza of all time! I am so surprised by the negative reviews because the pizza is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! The pizza is a bit pricy but they have great deals on their website and they compare to other local pizzerias. It isn't a place to dine in so definitely recommend ordering ahead of time on their website or calling in. I definitely think it is worth the drive out to Birch Bay! read more

We ordered delivery while vacationing. The delivery was fast, the people were very friendly and the pizza was delicious.

We get takeout everytime we visit our families property in Birch Bay. This is easily one of my favorite parts of these trips. I look forward to the pepperoni popper pizza and have withdrawals when we leave. This time we tried the tikki tikki with bbq chicken. Wow. That's my next favorite. I've never had a pizza combo like that before. 10/10 recommend. We've tried other flavors, including the landmark & garlic chicken all of which have been delicious. The ranch is good, coming from someone who is picky. Everyone I've ever spoken to is so nice. Andy offers great suggestions and has called to double check special requests the last time we were here. Thank you to Jeremy for going me up with sauce, oh glorious sauce! I lamented to him when ordering that most places really didn't put enough sauce on, and he said he'd hook me up, my oh my did he ever! Glorious was the amount of sauce, it was purrfect, splendid, excellent, great, even superb! That is how pizza should be made, plenty of sauce! Thank you Jeremy, you reminded me that plenty of sauce can be a thing! That aside, the pizza was very good, the crust tasted very different than what am used to, in a good way. Saw something about them aging the dough a few days, which might be it, not sure. Either way it was good. The best pizza I've had, no. The worst pizza I've had, no. In my rankings of pizza that would be in the upper 80% range of best pizza out there, I'm a bit biased too. Will definitely be back for the pizza, and the sauce! You rock Jeremy! Ranch is watered down! Extra marinara means nothing to a pizza. Sahara's desert with no cherry on top. But they deliver beer ;)

Solidly meh. Expensive for what you get, which fairly low quality pizza. Kitchen also has trouble following the order e.g. order thin crust and you will probably get the soggy regular crust instead. Maybe there is no difference and they got it right idk. Plus side they have gluten free crust and vegan cheese for those that need or want those options. Service was friendly. read more

When Sahara first open we would order there regularly, We found they were a little pricey than our other usual take out in Blaine. The fact is one night we ordered one pizza and when it arrived it was not good it was so thin and yes we like thin crust, and we ordered well done put the pizza on the bottom is falling apart and she's did not cover it all with cheese...we're going to skip Sahara we've given them to chances we're going to go back to our local eatery in Blaine for pizzas. At first it was nice to see a company coming to town but not any coupons two for one special or anything to be had for this one making it an unreliable source for local eat's. read more

The staff were very kind and nice, but the pizza was not the best for me. It tasted similar to Papa John's pizza . The ambiance of Saharas pizza was very small. We traveled, thinking we could sit down inside and enjoy the pizza. But it's more of a pick up and go place. Also, the tables that they did have inside where u can sit and wait to get your order and leave the table was dirty and had greasy finger prints on the table. read more

Got the Ultimate Sahara.. just average but way too $$ for a lot of thick dough. Maybe should have ordered thin crust.. sauce very sweet like catsup and not anywhere near mouth-watering. Wont recommend at all for the convenience of delivery. read more

Good pizza is soo hard to find North of Bellingham. Being that Fat Pies-Fairhaven closed cause of Covid- but this pizza is Great!! as far as making a comparison to Domino's or Little Cesars.. I dont see how anyone could!! those are door stop hockey pucks.!! This pizza may be a little pricy, but it is definatly worth it. We had them deliver and it was HOT, Good, and Well eaten!! I ordered Sahara Pizza for delivery tonight and WOW! I am chronically ill and still work full time so I don't have a lot left on the weekends. I live in the county and Domino's has been my only delivery available for years. Ordering was simple, arrived timely and delivery person was very kind but OMG, the food was so good. We finally tried Sahara and to be fair, I ordered a medium half & half Ultimate Sahara and Chicken Bacon Ranch. We are about 20 minutes away and when we got there, it was ready to be picked up. Easy Peasy order and pay online! Well, we got home and it was the perfect temperature to just dig in to. The best half was the Chicken Bacon Ranch side. It was flavorful, the chicken tender, oodles of crispy bacon and the perfect amount of cheese. The Ultimate Sahara side was lacking in flavor. The red sauce wasn't bold and the Italian sausage kind of boring. The veggies were crispy tho and the cheese was nice and melty. For years, I didn't think chicken belonged on a pizza but this--OH YEAH is now one of my favorites. I gave three stars for atmosphere because one four seat table surrounded by empty boxes isn't inviting to me and the seating outdoor is one table on the sidewalk.
