I think what sets Rudy above the rest is his knowledge of not only real estate, but of home construction and building as well. Because of his business, he has knowledge of both buying and building houses. So he was able to give us reliable advice on things like heat, gas, foundation, roofing, plumbing, flooring, and electrical, etc. In addition - he knows the area well that he could provide guidance and advice on neighborhoods and discuss school districts, recreation, etc. And he always has recommendations for people he works with to assist with home repair and other things that new homeowners need.
