My snow cone tasted of toilet water, disgusting. This is surprising, I won't return.

Love this place! Lots of syrup all the way down to the bottom of the cup. Drive through is quick and your back in Calder in a snap.

Lots of fun flavors of popcorn available in their store front, or you can order other flavors ahead…read more(minimum order required). I tried their Salted Caramel and Rainbow flavors. I was very surprised how fresh the popcorn was able to stay, even in this Houston humidity. Makes for great party favors, snacks, or pick me ups!

This is still my go-to spot when a popcorn craving hits (or when my 2-gallon tin runs dry). I've reviewed their previous location and checked in there multiple times. I believe I've tried nearly every flavor they offer. My faves continue to be Dill Pickle and Buffalo Ranch. Southwest Jalapeno and Spicy Queso are also very good. I do tilt on the Savory (salty) side, so that should be understood. I've recently been turned on to one of their Specialty flavors, though: Black Tie. Think of it as a fresh version of Cracker Jack's on steroids (without all of the peanuts): caramel-coated popcorn drizzled with milk and white chocolate. To die for! Warning, though: it is expensive and if you eat too much (as I have done), you will get a massive belly ache. Years ago I bought the 2-gallon tin (I actually have two of them); it's a better buy in the long run if you go back for refills. Tins can be filled with one or multiple flavors (separated). Service is always very good. I'm deducting a star this time around, because for the first time in all the times I've been coming here over the years, I was unable to get credit for my purchase on my SpotOn rewards. The employee working could not get their tablet reader to turn on correctly; I was told that the next time I come in that I should tell the owner what happened and he'll credit me and bump up my rewards. He wasn't here today, so what's to insure he'll be there next time I come in? There's no getting around that some of this popcorn is not cheap (which is why I participate in the rewards program), so I was a bit perturbed when I left (although a handful of Black Tie did make me feel better).

No need to go to Chicago, but you do have to be at IAH airport in Terminal C. It's across from the food court and Starbucks near the junction that leads you to Terminal E, mostly for international with some domestic flights. I absolutely love popcorn and often make it on the stove and come up with my own savory and sweet flavors. When I was younger, I would buy Orville Redenbacher's microwaveable popcorn that came with a caramel packet you can drizzle on it. That salty butter paired with the caramel was everything. So, to find out that this Garrett's Mix Chicago style with caramel and cheese was a thing, was exciting! There's something different about Garrett's caramel. It's sweet, buttery and smooth but not too sweet. The cheese popcorn is cheddar powder which is salty and buttery. I particularly don't love it on its own, but it goes perfectly with the caramel for the sweet and salty mix. I'm so happy about this new addition to Terminal C. If I'm passing through Chicago or in town visiting, I always bring some back. I saw this on my way to Orlando, but it was so early that they weren't open yet. On the way home, they were, so I had to get some. The line wasn't long compared to the one at Chicago O'Hare. I've also had the butter flavor because my friend likes it, and I think it is buttery without being overly salty. If you're ever in Terminal C at IAH, come stop by for a treat while you wait, take some to go for the plane or share with friends and family at your next destination. Or, like me, before leaving the airport for home, grab a bag (or two) to go! The medium size price is reasonable ($9.19) if you consider how inflated food court airport prices are. Cheaper than that for buttery and plain. Still cheaper than movie theater popcorn! Next time I'll try the pecan caramelcrisp. Over the holidays they also have specialty flavors like cocoa caramelcrisp. You can purchase a tin container if gifting, but they pack it in waxy bags that keep it pretty fresh. It's nice that they pack it to the top, too! If you love popcorn, you must stop by! What are you waiting for?! IYKYK.

Customer service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. I was initially undecided on what flavors and sizes to order, and they were both patient with me and packaged my orders neatly and carefully. The popcorn itself was tasty, and I'm glad I stopped by while waiting for my flight. Definitely worth a visit if you're flying out of Houston.
